Anyone who's experiencing a mysterious frame lock to 30fps, go into graphics settings and see if Vsync is set at "Half" This setting means the framerate will be locked to half your refresh rate, and since a majority of people have 60hz screens, that's 30fps. Set it to On or Off, Half is for people with very high refresh rate displays that are experiencing drastic framerate fluctuation or graphical glitches related to incomplete scene clearing when rotating the camera.

The game works flawless for me, I get 60fps+ without any problems with the avg. being about 80fps on max settings with advanced settings, 2x MSAA. With the retail version, do I need to install the program from the Disc 1 to install the game via the discs? Or can I download the program and use the discs to install gta5.

Okay so I can pull 30-40 fps (30 average though for sure) in the city at night and during the day. But at night I get like 20 fps in the country side what the hell? I think it's the grass, but going from high to normal literally goes from a shit to of grass to no grass. If there was a medium I'd be just fine.

I have a i7 processor and a GTX 770 and I can go up to very high with a constant 60 FPS so far.

Did anyone have problems with a 1GB video card? I have my fairly old GTX 480 and I really want to play this. Will I have an acceptable framerate? I'm good on specs otherwise, i7 and 8 gigs of RAM.

Are there any mod sites up?

My PC is not one of the best, but anyone else getting stutters in GTAO? I get 60fps but there's always these annoying stutters.

I posted this earlier but some peoples missed it. You don't need to copy your music to the music folder, you can just use shortcuts. Hell you don't even need to make a shortcut to each individual song, you can just make a shortcut to the folder and that works too I don't know if it looks at folders inside folders though
