Yeah but as I said, there's supposed to be a mission where you defend a factory and they give you some as Axis but that doesn't appear to have been the case in your campaign.
Yeah I never got that, like I said I think the campaign is randomly branching which can fuck you over. I think the only missions I had available when I stopped playing were the factory assault one and some big wintery one with this massive long map.

Yeah I think I gave up and uninstalled around that point. Even with cheats on it's kind of a bitch iirc.
I gave this game a go, it's pretty fun, but it pains me how long it takes for the AI to take their turns especially when you have friendly AI on the map.
edit nvm I ragequit this after the third time the friendly AI killed the agent I was supposed to capture. This time, a guy just runs up straight to him and dumps a mag into the back of his face. Nah.
