I kinda miss manually assigning staff when you first get them like in Peace Walker but I understand with how many soldiers you can have staffed, it would be a pain in the ass.

I had like 500 staff when it happened to me. I just sat down and went through the All Staff list and it only took me about 10, 15 minutes most to quarantine. If even that. Having finished the game today, I have to say that my favorite line in it is still Kaz saying [sp] "Get the fuck outta there!" [/sp] in the Devil's House.

There's a difference as it is between Kojima and his writers, and most other games as it is, but it's the only series I know of where a fuck is genuinely a big deal and Otacon's infamous conversation in 4 at [sp]Shadow Moses[/sp] is one of the funniest moments of the franchise due to such an out-of-character usage of an expletive.

MGR had so much swearing that it actually felt really weird.

Did Mission 50, he had like a pixel of HP left and I had my rocket launcher out and all I had to do was pop him anywhere, but before I was gonna fire. Noticed he was gonna do the thing where Psychic kid pops out and so I shot the Psychic with the rocket launcher at close range stunning the boss and I quickly switched to rocket fist and as I launched it, Snake just screams "ROCKET PPUUNNCHHH!!" and that was the final blow that took out the boss. Man that shit was too hype.

Did anyone else [sp]when fighting the man on fire instantly go to knock him off the cliff with the conveniently placed jeep?[/sp] I thought that was the only way to beat him at first because it made the most sense, but someone just told me there are several ways to do it. Kinda wanna know how everyone else dealt with him.

I really like the "this tunnel looks like it could come down any minute" line because you know it's going to come down and trap you there

I think the mission where you have to retrieve the film canister is glitches because I found it, fucked up, restated and now I've been searching for the last half hour and can't find it this is fucking abysmally bad Chapter 2 fucking suuuucks

I've had it appear in 3 different locations so far.

They should have just called Chapter 2 "Epilogue" or something. I do wonder if they planned to include more than two chapters in the game originally. Having just two chapters feels really odd.

They did release the design document for Metal Gear Solid 2 which details a lot of stuff that was either changed or cut outright.

Do FOB invaders lose everything they've stolen from you if you manage to fulton them? I just defended against a guy who stole three nukes right in front of me (after massacring my base with a Hail grenade launcher, goddamn calm down) but in the invasion stats it says he stole nothing.
