Tier 2 becomes available by developing your weapons further; you can use any tier 2 suppressor on a weapon of the same type, provided you have customization unlocked (so a handgun suppressor can go on a SMG, assault rifle suppressor can go on a sniper rifle, etc). Tier 3 is usually at the end of development trees, and is a built-in suppressor available for only two handguns, and cannot be shared with any other weapons. Some exclusions also exist; separate suppressors have to be developed for the non-lethal assault rifle and the anti-tank rifles, as examples.

Is the Gun Customization glitch still viable? The one where you can alter parts of the gun even though it's not supposed to let you alter it?
Now that I'm in Africa, I'm really enjoying the game (which is to say I was already really enjoying it, but now it's even better). Things were feeling a bit slow in Afghanistan cause I was wearing myself down with all the side-ops. Missions in Africa have nice diversity to them though

Yes, but I suggest not using them until you beat the game, because you can make some pretty OP weapons.

Yeah I saw the kinda stuff people made when the glitch just got found out. Now that I know it's still bugged, I'ma steer clear.
Did you guys have to use that rank unlocker mod to get good Diamond Dads? I just got 5 in a row who were all D rank. My Les Papas Terribles project is going poorly.

Make sure you get that D rank daddy, other wise game will recycle same daddy over and over again.

So just kick some people and make sure you only extract him so new recruits won't take his place and after that you have confirmed you have him in your unit then do it again and should be different one.
