Ya. [editline]7th October 2015[/editline] I think Metal Gear is the only series that ever used that feature.
Racing games and the GTA games usually used the pressure sensitive buttons to control the cars throttle.
Wait, PS2 can detect how hard you press the button?
It's the controllers. MGS3 had pressure-sensitivity for the controls, as did MGS2. It's still the same for the HD Collection on PS3 as the Dualshock 3 also has pressure sensitivity. The 360 and Vita versions had to alter the controls to compensate.
What the hell is with this game not wanting to give me gp. I was getting 100 points as normal. Then it started doing 50 even with not losing, now im literally getting 0 points and joining a lobby is 10
Wait, PS2 can detect how hard you press the button?
ps1, ps2, and I think some early ps3 controllers had it too?
So I decided to Emulate Portable Ops
One content update I really want that I don't expect to ever come for MGO is coop infiltration missions. Where there's different side ops that take place on MGO's maps. Hell even a Horde-style option made for Enforcer players.

But I hate how the original trailer was basically Cloak & Dagger but without the bullshit of the attacking team stuck with stealth camo and non-lethal gear only. I wouldn't mind seeing that be revived.
There needs to be silly gamemode where thousands of millions puppets run to get you.

So I could see those tactical thigh highs Big Boss is wearing with that sneaking suit in more pixels.
On jade forest you can mortar the spawn lmao
On jade forest you can mortar the spawn lmao
If one person's on the mortars and no one's countering them, there's nothing stopping them from mortaring spawns, mortaring objectives on Comm. Defend, and from mortaring anybody marked by their teammates. And a good mortar is instant kill. Fucking kill those mortars, folks. Or destroy them.
I doubt they'll ever put in NPCs on MGO.
I'd take the opposite then. I want to be able to use all 3 of my MGO avatars in the main game.
I wish you could explore the other maps in freeplay mode.
i had to delete minecraft but I managed to fit the update on my 360's ancient hard drive cant connect to MGO though
The premade "Suppressed" loadout for the Infiltrator class is perfect. I doubt I'll ever make my own loadout :v:
that would be so fucking OP though there's a reason the non-lethal weapons aren't nearly as effective as the lethal ones
You can use the infinity bandana with stun grenade launchers and the auto tranq pistol anyways.
Huh, didn't know UAVs instantly call an alert if they "see" you, unlike guards that have a flinch/retaliation period. The concept of flying guards wasn't annoying enough, apparently.

big boss is so legendary that he spent 15 years of his adult life in a coma
Aren't legends meant to not be active? Like, stories/rumors of a real person
Are you playing fob with reflex turned off?
Yeah...that wouldn't change anything in this case though.
Yeah it would I've done it Turn that back on, it's ok if you turn it off out of preference in SP but no room for self hindrance in online
Yeah it would I've done it Turn that back on, it's ok if you turn it off out of preference in SP but no room for self hindrance in online
It's not a hindrance except for here. I admit that in the face of insane pragmatism, my preference is stupid, but I'm baffled to find out that the game actually functions differently in slow motion.
I was really hoping MGO would add more hair to the male avatars than just ranging from bald to almost bald.

Not sure about UAVs though, since I've barely played FOBs enough to deal with them too much.
The host has disconnected. You will now be returned to freeplay mode.
Hah, accidentally spoiled a MGS2 plotpoint for my friend- [sp]They were like "Well snake is basically plisken, right?" and I tried to cover it as a spoiler a la this thread ("Nah he died on that tanker two years ago"). Turns out, they were talking about the movie version of Snake Plisken, not knowing about the twist. Thankfully, they were laughing more about it then mad that I spoiled it.[/sp]
Get one of the sniper rifles capable of oneshotting them if you hit the non white part(As kaz would say)
Or just use the S1000? Usually when they see you they're pretty close
If you aren't using an autosniper for FOBs you're doing something terribly wrong.
I don't even have that developed lolo
