Acording to Guillermo del Toro, the famous horror mangaka Junji Ito was going to work on Silent Hills.
This is so relevant to my interests that this news legitimately feels like a personal attack.
There was a game here, it's gone now.
We all need to man up and get the leave ending
So... how do I get to attach pistols to the bottom of rifles? I heard that was a thing...
I think it is SMG and not a pistol, once you research a rifle with that attachment you can use it on all via customizing.
Silent hills is the world's saddest definition of too good to be true
quick ways to get lots of heroism? sitting at about 80K and want to get to 150K
Seems like the fastest way for me is to just do fast missions, as a high grade yields about 1,800 heroism. If you're not on missions, capture any animals you see, capture outposts and bases, and complete side-ops that are easily accessible. I remember a time previously when the game first came out, holding up an enemy soldier used to give you 10 heroism for the action alone, then an additional 20 heroism if you interrogated him with both options; 10 heroism for each interrogation option. It seems like it was nerfed however, so now hold ups and interrogations only give 5 heroism, so the max is 15 heroism per soldier now. Enemy soldiers still are a potentially lucrative source of heroism if you put the effort into it though. If you critically wound an enemy soldier, a successful fulton extraction will yield 30 heroism. However, if you haul them to the support helicopter and secure them that way, it yields 60 heroism instead, it's time consuming however. If you're using D-Dog, you can easily critically wound enemies with one of his commands, if you're not using that, all you need to do is hold somebody up and shoot them once with a lethal weapon like an assault rifle, and they'll be critically wounded. If you're also not packing the best fulton upgrade, an easy way to guarantee success in fultoning wounded soldiers is to load up to three of them on a four-seater jeep you deployed, and then call down another one nearby. The one you previously owned will be automatically fultoned and carry all the soldiers inside to safety without worry of failing. If you also want to increase your heroism production, do deployment missions whenever possible. Successful ones yield a decent amount upon completion.

raiden is neither a boy or a girl, raiden transcends gender

I think my favorite inexplicable feature by far is having to wait up to an hour for a rifle to develop
Konami really did kill the potentially best/creepiest horror game before it was even born. I really hope they can still get something together after this.
quick ways to get lots of heroism? sitting at about 80K and want to get to 150K
I'd say the best way to get heroism is to do side-ops, they all give you 5k each including the target practice ones on motherbase. So you could potentially do all the target practices (which would give you 35k heroism all together), then get on the chopper to get back to the ACC & then go back to motherbase to redo them all
The problem with CQCing when behind a riot shield is that I dont know how it would work. Since Melee is bound to the same press as shooting with a gun equipped, you'd run into the problem where your shooting would 'break' if you manage to fail to hit them. Conversly with being able to CQC shielded enemies I don't think that would work well for multiplayer. Grabs are quite powerfull in 1 on 1 FOB duels, and (as far as I know, at least its like this on NPCs) shields protect you from being grabbed - with the consequence of making you a bit of a sitting duck to grenades. Since shields are only really handy in close quarters as only a few seccondary weapons are just okay at long ranges, I don't want grabs to totally dominate the close quarters range of fighting.
Late response but by CQC options I meant being able to push or sprint tackle an enemy with the shield, especially since they give you the option to hide behind it. Enemies can ruin your day with a single slam and finish you with bullets. Why can't the player do the same? Especially when hidden behind the shield since the shoot button isn't used. I feel like they could have made shield upgrades more diverse then +durability (which I still dunno what it refers to since there is no "lifebar" to the shield)
Swiped a sealed copy of MGS2 Substance on PS2 I'm not even sure I want to open it but the PC controls are balls.
Swiped a sealed copy of MGS2 Substance on PS2 I'm not even sure I want to open it but the PC controls are balls.
Original print with the Document of Metal Gear Solid 2 as a bonus or one of the reprints?
I needed to extract a soldier in OKB Zero,I got spotted when I was near him,a soldier was ready to throw a grenade but Quiet shot him RIGHT before he threw it,making it fall on the ground and killing the guy that I needed to extract. Fuck you Quiet.
quick ways to get lots of heroism? sitting at about 80K and want to get to 150K
How far into the game are you? Pretty big heroism boosts are from completing your base and FOB or weapon branches. You can also farm children (the White Mamba mission is great for that) and wild animals. Side ops give nice rewards, S ranks give you about 2000.
quick ways to get lots of heroism? sitting at about 80K and want to get to 150K
Achievements earn you a lot, extract animals and children. Build FOB platforms. If you can be fucked with the FOB shit steal nukes and disarm them, they fetch you a decent amount iirc.
Original print with the Document of Metal Gear Solid 2 as a bonus or one of the reprints?
If the documents came separate to the disc case then no.
If the documents came separate to the disc case then no.
Then it's probably a reprint and won't be worth too much on the second hand market. If the reason you don't want to open it is for it's potential future resale value then you might as well open it. Of course this only applies to the European release of Substance, in the States and Japan Document of MGS2 was a separate release.
i bought MGS3 for the 3DS (2ds really) and I'm really enjoying the game, but the controls are absolutely shit. Like fuck The Fear. Do you know how hard it is to aim with fucking 2ds buttons jesus

I remember getting Substance and Subsistence on release and thinking they'd be more abundant than the standard edition in future. What a fool I was.

So looking into Moby Dick, turns out at least in the original British version, is the unauthorized Censorship by the British publisher and the omission of the epilogue and Ishmael's "miraculous survival" was left out of that version. Sounds oddly familiar.
After reaching over 900000 heroism I've started seeing mostly C, B and A in field, is this a bug? Or is it intended after enough heroism you will only find shit?

[sp]Seriously though I have no idea I'm getting the same sort of thing happening[/sp]
