I learned that D-Walker's Gatling Gun can take down a chopper, but is pretty much useless against a tank.
And then had an entirely blooded face to show for it because the tank's machineguns literally didn't even hit D-Walker, just exclusively my face.
But I've been taking down tons of tanks with D-Walkers Gatling Gun. Just circle strafe around the tanks in D-Walkers driving mode and they can barely hit you.
Why the hell do enemy walker gears get a face shield but the ~advanced~ D-Walker doesn't?

You don't even need to do that for the BTRs, you can just shoot out the tires and fulton them.
Since we are talking about the walker gear, aren't you pretty much invulnerable in it if you armor up and wear a ballistic shield on your back? I'm pretty sure Kojimbo even said it himself.
p sure you also need to take a soldier instead of snek and give him the battle dress with the helmet-balaclava thingy but yeah
does the helmet actually do anything?
Oh hey, I actually figured out how to defuse that mine on the Command tower:

You pretty much just have to stand in that spot and you'll be ok. Use slow walking so you don't overshoot it.
Wanted to make my avatar look like Solid Snack but the character customization is too limited. Guess I'll stick with PS1 Solid Snake

This could be the end of the mods?
End game question [sp]So was Venom talking to ocelot about paz all made up in his head too? Since she turned out to be fake I assume it's his guilt over not finding the second bomb. But what I wonder is why Venom is hallucinating about this one thing and really nothing else. It's like this one part that doesn't really make sense that he's an unreliable narrator just for the fun of having paz and PW memories in game.[/sp]

[sp]Well, it makes sense that he is guilt tripping over it to some degree because, perhaps, since this is my speculation, deep down somewhere in subconscious he thinks he failed Big Boss real hard because they both blew up due to him not finding the second bomb in time. [/sp]
[sp]It's twice the trauma. In that scene he is both the medic and Big Boss.[/sp]
I think it's a fantastic side plot really.
I just invaded a guy with 4 nukes, managed to stealth my way to the last command platform (he had 4) and I swiped the 3 nukes that I saw. Interestingly enough, all his guys were S++ in combat and S in all other ranks. Cheater?
I still don't see the 3 nukes I stole in my resources yet, either. Do I have to wait before I can dismantle them?
Nukes take a little while to show up in your inventory, for me it's usually less than 15 minutes.
I think the avatar was intended to be a white guy because [sp]there is no way Big Boss could have passed for a really dark black man[/sp]

Pretty good, but you should replace 'Evasion' with 'Deterrent'. I'm pretty sure that word's in there somewhere.

Would I be at risk if I modded out SP development times and added to my SP resources? Or is it purely FOB based hacking.
i'm the nuke stealer
Nukes have to be disarmed before you can dismantle them, it'll take a couple of hours at most.
A guy took 20 of my staff while I was away for the weekend, so I went to his FOB originally to just sneak in and save my men, without stealing anything of his and break the cycle of revenge. But one of his security guys spotted me from across the map and I ended up going full nuclear and killing all of his security staff on his Intel platform.
Did I do the right thing?

He staffed the FOB with YOUR men. You killed your men.

It is not like there is any auto detection even in yet, people have to get reported manually.
I'd do the same thing but the guy that took all my resources also has maximum platforms and 80+ security guards for each unit,
Yeah maybe another time..

Oh, fair dos then. I just play SP mainly.

Its hard not to go nuclear anytime you get caught in this game
Its the only real purpose to use d-walker
Lmao people have difficulty w mission 40? You have a suppressed tranq sniper rifle by that point.

I've been clearly headshotted by an MRS in MP and didn't die, so maybe
The more I play MGSV the more I realise there are so many little things holding the gameplay back. At risk of sounding like DSP, I've been spotted or killed for so many bullshit reasons because guard FOVs polarise between near blindness and eagle vision. Then there are other things, for example the following happened during the mission Pitch Dark:
[sp]- Two guards at the entrance to Mfinda Oilfield talked about how Big Boss blew up Mfinda Oilfield.
- A sniper's laser penetrated solid concrete and saw me at a range of 40m through a wall at night.
- I lost bond with D-Dog because he walked in front of my scope for the millionth time.
- D-Dog somehow committed suicide, I think he drowned himself.[/sp]
Generally the gameplay is the best in the series but it's also the most annoying because of these little instances.

That's the cost of open-world. The more things there are going on and the more system are in play at the same time, the more things can go wrong. That's probably why Bethesda games have so many bugs, because there are a million things going on at the same time in them.
