Seeing all these model swaps makes me wonder how to do them. Is there any tutorial on these things?
100ish USD isn't half bad at all! What confuses me is that it lists needing to glue it, but in the description it's like "naw, we got them smart clickamajig, you'll be fine!"
i built the rex (shameless self promotion) and only some parts like the leg canisters needed glue, everything else was press/snapfit
you do need skills with paint to make these things look good tho
dont steal their mats they are gonna get cold feet
At a certain point my hands are tied, I'd gladly trade but if I gotta break into lesser FOBs to make mine better I guess I'll do it

What do you mean by cold feet anyway? Quit because of discouraging via major losses?
This particular guy didn't even have the game in his last 3 played with a 28 hrs offline so he might already have
Even if they didn't, that's just more easy lootins if someone rage quits

i was talking about literal mats
like those things you put on the floor to keep your feet warm
hopefully that sahelanthropus model will pop up on amazon to avoid paying several organs for import taxes
Oh I thought you were referring to a very relevant term
Do mats even make your feet warm though, they seem to just absorb cold
Honestly, what could've made the whole Sahelanthropus better altogether would be if [sp]in the mission where you retrieve Huey, it's in REX mode but with different weaponry just to be daunting and nostalgic while hiding its walking mode, but the earlier Honey Bee scene is left in to keep the implications. Then, for the final battle, it chases after Snake in REX mode as it already does, only to have the walking mode activate to terrify the ever-living shit out of both Snake and the player. As it is, the REX mode only is there for the second encounter's cutscenes for the sake of a throwback and nothing more and simultaneously you see the proud-and-tall Sahelanthropus in even the very first meeting.[/sp]
It would be cool if Sahelanthropus [sp]was in REX mode for mission 12, yeah, and just used the railgun attack. Mostly because you're already on D-Walker who is a beast at dodging that attack, and it would still create a tense chase, plus be less annoying. Though in the end, a stealth-oriented hide-and-seek with Sahelanthropus was pretty damn tense.[/sp]

[Sp]If Mission 51 hadn't been cut, they could have had ST84 in REX mode for your first battle with him, then in standing mode for the second.[/sp]
Does anyone know where I can farm fuel resources without having to do FOB shit? My base is overflowing and I need to finish the final platforms for my units.
I just found this old thing again :v: I feel like playing Ground Zeroes again, there's something special about that mission.

Everyone talking about Diamond Dad reminds me of this video; (50 seconds onward)

Is the [sp]Battle Gear[/sp] the one-thrillion dollar tank?

We need MGS1-3 ports on FOX engine. Mantis fight sucks (my fault for picking normal difficulty), camera somewhat sucks.
Glorious upscaled 640x480

why does everyone's name need to be in quotations. nobody calls miller "benedict"

This makes me think... why did hey put a mask on skullface in MGSV ? He looks so stupid with it, like some Saturday morning cartoon villain.

Well he kind of is like a Saturday morning cartoon villain.

To hide his identity. :downs:

I think it's because he has no eyelids and it protects his eyes. During GZ it was raining so there wasn't as much dust as Afghanistan or Angola-Zaire. Another idea I have it it's supposed to be a parallel to Snake's eyepatch, same thing with the burn on his forehead where Venom's shrapnel is.

Skull Face has eyelids, otherwise he'd be applying eye drops in every scene.

Maybe to hide the parasite "mascara" then. Just spit balling here.

How cool would it be if MGSV was actually the climactic end of the series it was supposed to be? ; M ;

Really nothing could live up to the hype. Kojima really knows how to get a crowd going.

Only if it were year or two more in the making.
