Regarding Ocelot & Boss, when between MGS3 and MGSV do they become "friends" again? As far as I know, the last time BB saw Ocelot, was when he jumped out of the GEV back in Russia. And then suddenly Ocelot skips Sanhieronmyonyony (POOPS) and the PW incident before suddenly just waltzing into the BB's life again to help him?
First of all that fist fight in the back of the plane was absolutely a testosterone filled show of affection and friendly rivalry, second of all they met up after Portable Ops and before PW to [sp]start The Patriots, along with the rest of the Snake Eater crew.[/sp]
[Sp]Also remember that Ocelot was Snake's actual inside man the entire time during Snake Eater. He was supposed to meet up with him, but when Eva showed up, he decided to hang back and help silently. He was never *actually* your enemy in that entire game.[/sp]

This is all very poorly communicated for the people that played MGS3->MGS4->PW->MGSV

It's a major problem with the chronology, really. MGS3 goes into Portable Ops about six years later story-wise, then the San Hieronymo Incident occurs and is ultimately resolved by Snake and his newly-formed forces [sp]as Ocelot talks to Zero at the very end to bring up the formation of the Patriots, but only so long as Big Boss is a part of them too.[/sp] MGS4 both expected players to play PO because of the plot twist reveal at the very end, and yet simultaneously summarized it in a blunt and blank manner that just sort of comes out of left field for everyone else who didn't play PO, which didn't help with the controversy over the whole reveal being exposition bombed onto the players. Then Peace Walker takes place after PO, gives a single off-handed mention from Kaz, and then tries its best to hide and contain the twist and other factors, and although there's small hints from Snake's denials, the game pretty much acts like none of it happened - which is dumb, because the game still kind of expects you to know this since the whole Cipher thing is so obvious - while the Patriots start being called Cipher instead. Then we learn that Cipher isn't just [sp]a title for Zero[/sp] but literally the real name of the Patriots' organization in TPP, and the Patriots itself as the term we know was really [sp]the title for the AI system[/sp] in a blatant retcon of MGS3.
[editline]1st October 2015[/editline]
Meanwhile in terms of the chronological stuff, Ocelot literally disappeared after MGS3 to appear in PO, and then disappeared again for fourteen years to appear in TPP and it's clear by the voice direction and way Ocelot acts in MGSV that it was basically for fanservice.

Now how to train for S++ properly?
What do I do against bears?
I don't want to kill them, but tranqs aren't doing anything...
And is there a way to actually SEE the stuff I extracted at motherbase?
Some kind of zoo?
So far it's only a few guys running around a boring facility.

You can instantly tranq them with a headshot if they do not see you. You get a zoo if you have enough animals extracted.

Zoo builds later when you get more animals; it's off base. Bears need tons of tranqs to take down or a tranq to the head before they're alerted.

Tranqs are doing something, it just takes a lot longer to take effect than it would on a human.
You may or may not get a place to put your animals, but that's after collecting a lot more and building up your base.

You do get a zoo eventually
When choosing a place to land on motherbase you have press T or G or something (it'll tell you the correct button at the bottom or top right of the screen) to swap maps over to the zoo
I can't believe that GMP maxes out at 5 mil.
Very cool, do I also get to see more than 4 of the 50+ soldiers I extracted?
And do I see the mortars and gun emplacements?
i don't think you would use a mortar on a rig out in the water so no
Kaz moves fast for someone with one leg

Anti Material rifle to head, the hero all FOBs need.
Have you guys seen this? There's pieces of an old murder mystery game in the files for TPP

Kojima didn't make that game.

I fixed it. Thanks
So is there an edit of Eli wearing cubeman's jacket? and instead of jumping into the st-84, he jumps into a challenger?
Random thought:
I always wondered why Ocelot does that meow
when ocelot cats sound like fucking hellhounds

Had a bash at my first Subsistence mission.

Honestly, going in with zero equipment is pretty badass. I'd much rather do these kind of missions than PURE STEALTH or EXTREME.
