butterfly is from quiet getting more kills than you in missions

also it just works
I've got it by just using tranq sniper myself.
Of course there's a mod for this, but we aren't 100% sure what konami thinks about modding and we'll hopefully find out come oct 6th

the downside is the story will never be complete and
you'll have to have a fucking butterfly on your emblem 24/7
so sick of seeing those on FOB profiles
Non-lethal takedowns count too, I gave her Guilty Butterfly (or whatever the tranq rifle is called) and still got it all the time.
Do you guys also feel a huge -difference- gap between Ground Zero & The Phantom Pain ?
Do you guys also feel a huge -difference- gap between Ground Zero & The Phantom Pain ?
The first big thing I noticed after playing TPP was how tight the controls are compared to GZ, and GZ controlled great already.
Do you guys also feel a huge -difference- gap between Ground Zero & The Phantom Pain ?
Well yeah phabtom pain is open world
Well yeah phabtom pain is open world
But It lacks...
Ground Zeroes is a very self-contained game with good controls, fun missions and excellent tapes.
It projects the image of everything Kojima wanted on TPP.
i just went in with battledress, memorized the apc locations and planted c4 accordingly, when the encounter started I just called in an upgraded GROM-11 and lasted all the way through the encounter, made some smart use of air support and fultoned the final tank iirc.
its really not that hard once you got a good way to handle it.
also I really don't get all the love for quiet and don't care at all for her departure, DD and D-Walker are way better buddies.
I find quiet more useful than either in general but each buddy has their own strengths
Just recently finished MGS 3 and boy it was quite a ride, not sure if it's just the HD collection but I never really worried about the stamina system on normal until the boss fight with [sp]The End.[/sp]
Possibly one for my favourite games list.
The only time Stamina was ever a concern was when I wore the Spider camo, which is great cover but drains your stamina like crazy.
That and eating glowing mushrooms to recharge my batteries.

Decoys are so awesome.
Got a bank account and a job today so I decided to celebrate by buying the second FOB
Open world endgame gameplay extended
What do the different divisions cap out at, anyway? Some like my R&D are at around 70 now, but is there really a point in leveling them further after that?
Yeah. I'd say go on staff management but don't hit the button, use left right to view functions
If it's not S there's room for improvement.
Not sure about if you can S+ it or not.
The guide shows ranges going up to 99 so that's either the cap or when it stops mattering
[editline]2nd October 2015[/editline]
but then again the individual stats matter too, especially in combat sand security. Someone with one S and A++ everything is better than someone with S and white stats, they actually do things. I noticed my weapons did more damage and reload faster when my guys combat is better
[editline]2nd October 2015[/editline]
I don't remember what else they do but it does effect the individual
for R&D purposes rank stops mattering at 60-ish iirc
If you do get any improvements past 60, they're not really worth it.
I think I have one max s++ combat dude. Might damage test him against snake

Uh? Yes they are lol.
where is the zoologist
i need him for b8
3 most important teams
Base
Combat
Defense
They all effect how well you do in FOB.
Also especially high Intel have marked field of movement on invaders for me before
where is the zoologist

There's one in the Lingua Franca mission.
Security team has a base blockade that makes the timer for invaders smaller, rushing them
[editline]2nd October 2015[/editline]
Combat has the defense deployment, making it so you have more spawns for reinforcements as well as faster respawn for yourself to defend, and base has automated security which I assume upgrades your uavs and cameras efficiency. As far as I can tell the only team that's not great is R&D once you reach the requirements for all deving. Wonder if a patch or if it already makes deployment cost smaller
[editline]2nd October 2015[/editline]
I'm also thinking the MB stuff might have small buffs for MGO when it hits
Really hope the dissappearing blueprint bug gets fixed before I lose interest in the game
My OCD is trying for 100% which is currently impossible thanks to that
*image*
That one's compression is way worse than the original.

That's so artifacted I would believe it came from the early 00's.
Here's A lore thing I don't think has been discussed yet. It's regarding ocelot and his relationship with venom
[sp]does ocelot have as much as a hard-on for venom as he does BB?[/sp]

I don't recall if it's really hinted at in the game right now, but I'm going to assume no.
[sp]Ocelot's true loyalty post-MGS3 is always to Big Boss. That makes me lean towards the idea that to Ocelot, Venom is just a way to help Big Boss accomplish his objectives and it doesn't run any deeper than that.
The way he tells Venom to bring the legend back to life could be a clue that Ocelot is primarily interested in Venom for practical reasons.[/sp]

[sp]At the time when Ocelot says "let the legend come back to life," he's already hypnotized himself into believing that Venom is Big Boss. So from the start of the game to The Truth, Ocelot did care for Venom as much as he does for Boss, because he thinks he /is/ boss.[/sp]
