For fuck's sake, how am I supposed to get a Cybernetics Specialist from Backup, Back Down if the game keeps auto dismissing the bastard the second he sets foot on Motherbase? I've fultoned 6 of them and every single one found themselves ejected from my staff list the second the mission was over. The only reason they're even being kicked out is because their stats always suck ass compared to the current staff of my R&D unit. I just want to develop some god damn prosthetic arm stuff. Let me do that and I'll throw the fucking specialist off of Mother Base and into the ocean my damn self.

I think it's gonna be like Lucas, except Lucas wasn't good at making his own things. Basically Lucas used to be the deciding force on "oh yeah this is canon" and it'd be accepted as much as the movies. I'm sure kojima will probably approve things. the reason that doesn't work is because big boss has almost no personality in V, while in 3 ocelot/boss had a lot of chemistry together even in a platonic way

At first I booted out a couple people, but volunteers filled it right back up and he got booted again. Eventually, I think after 3-4 tries, I got him and kept him long enough to research all the arm stuff. It's annoying, I don't know why his stats were so bad even though I've beaten the game and have tons of Heroism.

I hate that there's no reliable way to get S+ and S++ soldiers, building up the perfect army is pretty much the only thing I got left to do I know there's a mod for it but that sounds like a good way to get reported for cheating
