so I've been messing around in 20XX and I am getting better at doing Falcon SHFFLs, still bad at doing them under pressure but whatever also can do the moonwalk consistently as falcon, yay for BM [editline]also[/editline] in sm4sh news I've gotten pretty good with Shiek/Ness/Falcon, and enough to where they're my holy trinity for counterpicking basically anyone (except the Pac Attack and Duck Hunt since I hardly ever play them and they hurt my brain) sometimes I'll sub in Shulk or Mac but they just can't cover as many options where Ness/Shiek would so I play them less although I love them more all of this is imo of course
i'm up for it if you are NNID is Hotline_Miyummy add me on Steam if you want to chat while playing
Alrighty, added
Well I just beat him and he picked Little Mac and is hyper agressive I can feel the salt coming through my monitor
So many times. People pick little mac after I beat em. The best is when they have no fucking clue what they are doing. One guy tried to offstage game me and just fucking fell to his death. Then he side b'd straight off right out of respawn. I was laughing so hard
I think I'm going to main Mario again. Having a great time online with him.
My friends and I have a habit of giving our amiibo silly/dumb names [t]http://i.imgur.com/gWcNQCv.jpg[/t]

I have others like Spamus, Stink, and Faux, each with a training gimmick to make matches between them entertaining.
So after spending quite a lot of time really buckling down and figuring his mechanics out, I can now use DHD worth a damn. He's actually pretty fun. What do you recommend I focus on?
You're sitting there not doing anything far too often when you have the potential to be always pressuring and forcing your opponent to dodge shit.
You're sitting there not doing anything far too often when you have the potential to be always pressuring and forcing your opponent to dodge shit.
Like I said in the spoiler, there were at least a few points where we were apparently both experiencing a huge amount of lag, so we sat tight and waited it out rather than taking advantage of it (which I'm thankful for) Unless you mean just in general I'm not throwing stuff around and following up on it enough, in which case that's probably just a matter of me still being incompetent and not being able to keep track of everything effectively enough to exploit projectile barrages during grabs or normals or whatever. That's a playstyle I'm really going to have to adapt to.
holy shit you guys you don't know the utter satisfaction of landing a KO'ing sweetspotted uptilt with Megaman hnnnnnnnnnnnnng

You also tried pretty often to just approach with a dash attack, and that might not be a good idea, it's better to lead with a projectile and try to follow it up with a closer attack or a grab.
chozox, samus player, 2-0'd both a sonic and a rosalina in a row at paragon sakurai was right all along??
No one has named thier fox "news" yet?
Playing Dedede: 1. dthrow into uair/fair 2. hit them with the hammer
Playing Dedede: 1. dthrow into uair/fair 2. hit them with the hammer
I kinda wish I could draw because I just got a silly idea: Talking about feeding Pit a Poison Mushroom Ah, how shall I do it? I know...First I'll turn him into a little runt, a harmless little runt. Then I'll throw that Pit into Dark Pit, and then throw that Pit into a Pitfall, and then I'll launch him off the stage...and then when he's recovering...Hahaha! I'll smash him with a hammah! Great movie.
Speaking on that, what would you guys say is objectively the best omega stage, judging based on how few exploits there are related to its shape and how easy it is to understage sweetspot?
Speaking on that, what would you guys say is objectively the best omega stage, judging based on how few exploits there are related to its shape and how easy it is to understage sweetspot?
final destination
Any omega stage that has a little area below it is the best one. That way you can do the understage sneak, go someone like Wario or pac-man and go underneath the stage to the opposite edge. It doesn't really do much other than throw your opponents off, but it looks cool as hell. That's why I hate omega stages that are solid blocks protruding from the ground, they ruin the fun.

Some characters benefit from going under the stage to recover, some benefit from hopping off the wall. Probably the most-seamless way to have both parties satisfied would be to basically have a big floating rectangle. Tall enough for wall jumps to make a difference in recovering, but not too tall to make under-stage shenanigans impossible.
I personally like great cave offensive omega the best, mostly for visuals and music.

Orbital Gate Assault omega is my fave.
all i'ma say is that the lylat cruise one is fucking terrible. the ledge is so precise that most of the time when I play against someone a good portion of our deaths come from fucked up recoveries
Orbital Gate Assault would've worked better on the 3DS. Why? Because with a proper sense of depth, you'd actually be able to tell that the object you're trying to land on has moved 5 feet into the background, and is therefor no longer usable as a platform. [editline]t[/editline] I think I speak for near everyone when I say that most deaths on that stage come from things that look like they should be solid not being solid all of a sudden.
