Dorf's got nightmarish power- every hit he makes feels like a truck hit you. But he's quite sluggish and has poor recovery. He, like many other punisher characters (Bowser, Palutena, Ike, Dedede) require you to make reads on the opponent. That doesn't mean he can't get the job done. - Dorf's got some of the most powerful aerials in the game, with his b-air being the most potent. - His d-tilt makes for a great combo starter, even more so when done after a successful ground Flame Choke. - Dorf is one of the best edgeguarders- his uptilt and aerial attacks make for great tools for sending opponents away from the edge. From Brawl to Sm4sh, Ganondorf got a whole lot better.

Also remember that Warlock Punch has a hefty amount of armor during the charging animation. That can both save your life and get an unexpected - and satisfying beyond parallel - KO. You can just straight-up eat Little Mac's KO Punch during the windup, you won't even flinch.

Speaking of customs, I'm starting to like Speed Thunder, Arcfire+, Goetia and standard Elwind on Robin. I haven't unlocked EVERYTHING he has, but those feel quite solid.

All this talk about customs is making me dread grinding for them. I kinda promised myself I wouldn't try customized fighters until I unlocked every single one of them.

Also is it just me or does Ike's Tempest custom move have a lot less pushback on the 3DS version? (Also less particles, it's basically invisible)

Cap isn't a heavy (top 10) character though, just a fastfaller. Also half the stuff in bottom tier isn't bad, it's just nobody fucking plays them right competitively for some reason. You have Charizard who's a punish character making only two appearances last season by the same guy who's like "BUT I THINK HE'S A PRESSURE CHARACTER THO"

My Wahfu wario is on top of the tier list! And all my other mains are spread evenly across like butter on toast. I'm not one to believe in tier lists yet It's nice to see my once low-tier mains high up on that list.

Anyone else feeling like the lvl 9 CPUs are suddenly using amiibo technology or something? They appear to be better than half of playerd online and use combos and knoe how to counter unique plays from characters now.

I'm definatly feeling lvl 9s are copying me. They've copied my constant Yoshi egg spam and the fact of instead of taunting I spam crouch instead.
