Doc Louis for smash. Punch-Out!!! has like ten different games, the best of which being Doc Louis' Punch Out.

I would love Doc Louis for whatever funny taunts he would have. Whenver I battle on a large stage with my brothers, I always spam Little Mac's taunt in hopes of hearing "Get 'im, baby!".

doc louis as a heavy, but well-rounded mac clone. the chocolate bar is a counter attack where he heals if he doesn't get hit during hit, but does triple damage if he is hit. he doesn't become immune to damage while eating it neutral b is the star punch, which he invented. aerials deal good damage, he isn't invincible during smash attacks like mac is. he's far slower (think mac in the air speed all the time) but heavier and even stronger on some attacks

And I don't get what you mean by the spin off games needing a rep. Smash Bros. [I]is[/I] a spinoff game. In every spin off game Nintendo gathers a large assortment of their characters and has them do some kind of wacky activity using gimmicks from their previously established games. In every game Waluigi has appeared in, the game elements have all been borrowed from other character's games. I'd love an indie game rep. It would be a nice touch. Take ROB and WFT as examples.

I've never played Shovel Knight but the items system reminds me of Mega Man, with Shovel Knight gaining access to a new ability based on each boss as he defeats them. It's actually pretty easy to imagine [URL="http://shovelknight.wikia.com/wiki/Items"]the artifacts[/URL] translated into a move set in the same way Mega Man's were. edit: for anyone else like me who hasn't played Shovel Knight but is curious about his combat abilities here's a video showing how each of his combat relics are used: [url]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQEJ7gRXVCU[/url] and apparently there's loads of shovel-related techniques too

He has a lot of really cool moves as well. I think the reason he has never appeared again is because of copyright issues, sadly.
