I was really disappointed when that leaked gameplay of Shulk showed Ganondorf still looking like a Captain Falcon clone. But when the game came out and I played him I'm still really happy with how he turned out. He's fine the way he is. Maybe mix his sword into some of his moves without actually changing the move though. His backair could be him pulling his sword out and whacking it behind him or something but still have the same exact effect.

He only appeared in the SNES game as the easiest opponent in megaton punch.

Guessing Gastric mistook him for Bandanna. Still, having the 4th member would make sense and would add another rep to Kirby. Let's not forget that you get 4 Bandanna Dees in Rainbow Curse as Co-op characters and he appears in the cutscenes chilling with the pink puff. He's just as important as Meta Knight and Triple D.
