M2K thinks Sheik is better than Diddy, the reason he plays Diddy is that he finds it hard enough to switch between Melee and Smash 4 as it is, playing the same character in both games would just make it even harder for him.

I wasn't trying to say you have a vendetta against him at all.

My honest thoughts on Diddy, to clear the smog that's started to form: I think he's dull and formulaic, and rewards heavy repetition a bit too much. I have very rarely seen a character rely on the same two moves more heavily, and I don't think it's healthy for the meta. As a Melee Fox player myself, I do not hold a personal grudge of any sort against any person who chooses to play a character they enjoy, regardless of how powerful they are, but I don't have to pretend you are at all fun to watch, and I'm probably not going to root for you.
