the best way to beat wario is to eat his bike before he can crush his spirit
REMOVE DIDDY remove diddy you are worst kong you are the idiot kong you are the kong smell
Me and a friend are looking for some people to do casual doubles with over WiFi, and due to the lack of a party system we can't do this without pre-arranging it first. Anyone up for playing now? My NNID is icemazz, and if you wanna chat add me on steam as well. We're in the UK, so anyone in EU would be neat.
It wasn't a good idea to play Rosalina just to troll my friends. Oh wait, let me rephrase that. It's not a good idea to play Rosalina at all. Same thing apply to Diddy, fuck you Sakurai for making characters i like broken as hell. FIX THAT SHIT NOW!
REMOVE DIDDY remove diddy you are worst kong you are the idiot kong you are the kong smell
A diddy 2 stocked me in FG as robin, but switched to yoshi and 2 stocked him for the next two matches. He used the same few strategies, so he got easier to predict. Nerf diddy a bit, though, his moves have almost no beginning lag.
Sakurai if you don't fix classic mode I'm gonna get mildly upset
Been playing as Mario, Captain Falcon and Kirby a lot. One thing I hate more than anything, is people in FG who play as Wario and constantly use his bike. It's really boring and just un-sportsman like I guess.
I play Wario every now and then and I know that it's actually really easy to counter. If the opponent can't adapt to it and keeps getting wrecked by it, I don't see why I shouldn't keep doing it.
My 3DS finally arrive from being repaired and before I sent it off I only unlocked like 2 characters. If I join a multiplayer game with people who have unlocked everyone, do I get to pick any of the ones I still have locked.
sakurai if you don't kiss me i'll unsubscribe [editline]15th January 2015[/editline] i'm sakurai

Probably the best way to counter the bike is to simply shorthop and smack Wario in the head, the bike can only absorb so many hits but hitting Wario directly will instantly force him off. The only thing he can do to counter a shorthopping player is to not use the bike, if he tries to do a wheelie he'll have a fixed speed and makes himself more predictable in hopes of dealing more damage if he lands the front wheel on you; do note that some Warios will approach a projectile spammer by doing a wheelie and then jumping off, the only thing you can do to counter at that point is to power through the bike's health (Wario takes damage if it's broken while riding on it) or to bumrush him before he slams the wheel down (very risky if he's paying attention). But since we're talking about bikespam, just smack them in the head, there's not much else to it other than timing things appropriately to his speed. Also Villager can steal Wario's bike and it's a royal pain in the wah.

But man, it's just so boring. There's no fun for me to have to keep dealing with it, if that makes sense. I really enjoy those fights, where there's a lot of quick, close combat.

Why are there items that can kill you instantly? The galaga enemy and that bird thing(which is goddamn microscopic) are unfair as hell
Why are there items that can kill you instantly? The galaga enemy and that bird thing(which is goddamn microscopic) are unfair as hell
because """FUN"""
my banned items list: -galaga -beetle -BEES -gust bellows -special flag -star i like playing with items on low in a game with friends. sometimes i feel like, with the items and stage hazards, the game moves too fast and leaves too little time for skill in any battle more than 2 players
this game has too many gimmicky stages tbh
Ω
Ω
isn't a good solution because a lot of characters have an inherent advantage when there's no platforms to jump on to avoid projectile spam and other attacks
Omega should just have been "Make moving stages not move, remove stage hazards, cut of parts of larger maps to make them smaller"
Everyone knows Big Battlefield is the best stage anyway.
I still think they should have made a Battlefield version of the stages (most of them already have flat platform models) called Delta (triangular!). Battlefield is one of the best stage layouts in the game.
After playing my friends on the 3ds version, my main is shifting from Ganondorf to Ike. He just seems to be more fun for me to use, especially how he can practically fly across the stage with his side b. After going back to Ganondorf it feels like I'm controlling a tank.
Kalos Pokemon League was the most disappointing stage normality-wise for me. The stage would have been so much better had it not had hazards that killed you or altered the gameplay heavily, especially since the stage itself looks so goddamn beautiful. This is why people liked Pokemon Stadium 1 & 2 so much.
I find the Kalos League tolerable compared to some of the other stages, it's Manaphy whirlpool bullshit that really gets on my nerves.
Alright, Ganon has ZERO ability to counter projectile users. I'm going to try Dedede.
I'm still angry how they fused Flatzone 1 with the shitty 2, but not both Pokemon Stadium And two of the same Animal Crossing stage was really needed ? There's just so many good stages from Melee & 64 that could have been put here instead. But NOPE! gotta keep 75M... /rant
