I think that's just the default way of how it works, I'm pretty sure you always get a free ticket if you play in the tournament (you will have to wait until you play your first game though).
Yes, you get a ticket if you are a participant. When a person with an admin ticket hosts the lobby ( so that DotaTV works), everyone in the lobby receives the tickets upon the completion of the game.
More confirmation messages will be sent on saturday, looks like tickets will be @ Nov. 1st.

Servers are rotated per-round (EUS V EU), or closest to both. (EU) (Or per round if both teams wish so.)
Are you looking for casters Skeeve? A friend and I are interested in casting; between us we've done a few online tournaments and a couple of LAN events in person. I'm sure I can rustle up a reference or two if they're needed.

I have one suggestion though, Skeeve: currently the Ticket description states: " Up to 50 teams compete for the $50 prize pool." Which honestly I think sounds underwhelming. Especially since we have like 10 teams.
Im not sure if you can even have it changed but, I propose a different description, something in the lines of (just from the top of my head) "Join us in an amateur league where different teams from the Facepuch online community face off in the name of victory, glory and most importantly - hats!"
... Or [I]something[/I] like that. You know, more hype-ish!
