this new gamemodes cool, but it's ruined by shitty teammates.
Had a teammate repair my heli while I had the bomb, and then take it and fly it in to a building
I actually enjoyed CQ for what it was
Played obliteration, it's pretty fun. I climbed the main skyscraper, shot down a viper with the 50 .cal, the bomb spawned up top and the entire team started jumping on it so I got it and jumped off while avoiding gunfire, then while parachuting blew up one guy and knifed what turned out to be an EA guy.
I died after, but it was fun

The best moment I've had on obliteration yet was a few hours ago. Both teams were down to one bomb left each, the enemy had the one by the water left and we had the one in the parking house.
The bomb got planted at the waterside place, everyone on the server is there. The bomb gets planted and I get there, defuse it and get on a jetski with a friend. We start cannonballing towards the parking lot while bullets are constantly flying by us. As we get up on land again a helicopter crashes behind us. We get to the parking lot and I plant the bomb, it blows and we win.
It was intense as balls.

Great game, Great graphics (at the time) still runs pretty fuckin' terribly. Like if DMoMaM had Sex with planetside two the resulting FPS lag would stop Earth turning on it's Axis.

You can count the number of days I've owned the machine on one hand. Australia is approaching summer, country is turning into a furnace real fast. Ran Speccy while BF4 was running, medium setting for all. Seems to be reasonable.

If you're so concerned about your computer's temperature that you'll adjust in-game settings to influence it, especially if you're anxious of environmental temperature increase, maybe you should try to get liquid cooling. I'm not too sure how you should deal with the graphics card's heat.
Over where I live, the summers get warm, but the air cooling really keeps my room a comfortable toasty temperature when winter comes.
Lowest settings and resolution, $2800 PC only 4 months old = 26 fps.
But what am I saying, it's a Beta no need to complain, just feel sad

Because I don't really get it.. I have a PC that's older than a year (about 17 months) and I run the beta on ultra settings at 60+fps most of the time, sure it dip down to 35-50ish sometimes but only when it's really hectic and a lot of people in the scene.
And after the update the stuttering is almost totally gone.

I hit an attack chopper 3 times and it kept flying away. I get that it's good as a deterrence, and it does work for that, but oh man 3 missiles in a row.
The game just seems kinda unoptimized for different systems at the moment. As time goes on DICE can fine tune and AMD and Nvidia can optimize drivers. My game runs at 40-60 fps on ultra, mostly in the 50-60 range but it is pretty much always fluctuating. Even if I tone the graphics down it still pretty much never gives me a smooth constant fps.
I've got a first gen i7, 12gb of ram and a 590 and I'm getting 40-60fps in fullscreen windowed on High. Haven't had any stutter for a couple days now.
X4 955 3.2 Ghz, 560 Ti, 8.00 GB ram.
It stutters everywhere, and always. ALWAYS. when I am going to shoot someone.

I usually get the basic shape done then export the data and fix it up manually so it is centred properly.

I can't even get it to work past the 3rd level on a win 7 pc, also runs worse then it should.
I feel odd, I've never had a problem with DM and I've played it under Vista (shudder) and Win 7 on a variety of hardware.
Maybe it's just because I wuv it so much <3
