That happened to me before. Some guy was sniping people. So I sniped him in the face. He didnt die and suddenly he turns around and snipes me instantly

I have that happend too, i shot an entire mag into a guys head and he still killed me.

I never held down "q" before to see that. One game the commander kept saying press q to accept orders to get free points. I kept pressing q and nothing happened, I finally held down q and saw the accept/decline order. Been doing that all the time when I am squad leader now.

The mobile AA is one of my best vehicles. The gun has been nerfed (and rightly so) from the beta, but it's still extremely powerful. It mows down helicopters like nothing. I really hate to be that guy but if you can't kill helicopters easily with it then you just need to aim better.

Probably active radar missiles in conjunction with the netcode.
I've started using the netcode to my advantage, as if I'm close to my target I know my missiles will hit before they can react so I fire both of them.

40 dmg SCAR-H any day. Being able to kill people with 1 less bullet definitely makes up for the 10 less bullets in the mag. Dat range too.

Combination of lag and bad netcode, as well as sound bugs. Specifically on the railway map (golmund?) there is a sound issue for basically everyone, and rockets won't beep until they're about 10 feet away from hitting you.

That's literally all you need.
I almost never use the missiles on the AA because the gun is so good. The 25mm and 30mm cannons are not even upgrades. They don't do more damage or have more DPS. In fact, I honestly have no idea what they're even for.
Don't be afraid to shoot infantry either. The LAV-AD especially has the mobility to pick its fights and the minigun can kill infantry pretty well.
at this rate with the fucking awful lag, youre better off just hipfiring to kill people at almost any range because how massive the delay is.
