It is, it always is. BF4's SP is tacked on and is more of an extra than anything else, I think they make it out of a feeling of obligation, as COD has always had a singleplayer despite its focus also being on multiplayer in the end. The multiplayer is much better, just like it was in BF3.
So, I unlocked ACE 23 and it feels kinda shitty after godlike SAR-21.
Mostly because of the big first shot kick, which makes burst fire really a hard thing.

So you have tested with other online games like, today? Even if you have a good speedtest, you can still have connection problems. Here in my dorm I get an okay speed (1 megabyte/sec) and a great ping to the closest server (like, 15 ping or something), but despite this I get rubberbanding in everything I do, from skype to battlefield, anything real-time does what rubberbanding is (loses connection and then gets it back). Even when I go to my study room (which is 10 feet away from my room might I add) I get 5-6 megabyte/sec, but I still get the same exact amount of rubberbanding, there is no difference whatsoever.
tl;dr, it is possible that your connection is fuck, or battlefield alone is fuck.

well yeah you could be right then, no i havent tested any other games today
i just find it odd that ive never had connection problems before bf4. i do run a wireless adapter as my computer is in my basement and the router is upstairs, idk if that matters

It might, you could try an ethernet cable and that could fix the problem. If when you play another game you don't experience issues then it is probably an internet problem, though if you want to be hardcore you could also try another computer altogether and see if it might be something wrong with your computer in some way.

As much as I hate snipers in this game, that's a really fucking dumb reason to kick someone. It's a battlefield game. The levels are bigger, and unlike CoD Snipers are meant to be used at range.
Also, How is the M4? I'm fairly close to unlocking it, and I've only seen one person using it and when they used it they were tearing us apart. They had a surpressor/grip/holo I think.

I swear something is wrong about my accuracy, it says overall I have an accuracy of 8.82%, but there are very few guns that I even have sub 10% accuracy with, and the guns I primarily use have about 14%~ accuracy, which is in accordance to what I got in BF3...so...why is it lying to me?

Ok I autism'd and I added up all the shots fired for the guns I have used and it comes to 54,638 shots fired, which is in stark contrast with battlelog's claim that I've shot 189,486 bullets...
So apparently battlelog added 134,848 shots out of nowhere. Okay.
Do they count vehicles in the equation?

Official preset servers don't allow badminning, custom preset is good old battlefield you're better than me prepare for ban etc.

For what it's worth, a battlereport said I had 0% accuracy for a late-joined round wherein I shot a tank with the BTR's gun, and I did hit it. So, I dunno.
