Took me forever to get kills for camo.
At least now I know shit accuracy on Sniper Rifles is not from suppression.
Suppression doesn't affect the spread anymore AFAIK. It does add to sway, but that's the extent of it.
What is in the vid, seems like anti-quickscoping measure gone awry. Supposed to promote hardscoping, but just gets in the way instead. Rifles should always shoot where you aim, but that seems too hard for demize and co. to account for in balancing, as they have weird prejudice against weapon sway and any kind of recoil.

I have not yet encountered bug yet and I've played Recon for pretty much most of my current play time. Even when I try shooting and running in Test Range
what am I doing wrong?

i mean its okay as long as it doesnt affect hard scoping. the class isnt broken, you just have to treat the sniper as a sniper and not a fucking one hit killing machine at any range.
My best game so far.

That's because he's firing way too quick. He used a straight bolt pull on both of those snipers.
That isn't an issue when you don't have that attachment on, because you can't fire straight away while your characters eye is pulled up to the scope.
It could still be a bug that allows you to fire way too quickly, but if you wait like half a second after pulling the bolt back, your shot will be accurate.

Damn that sniper bs, makes me wonder how I managed to get all mine unlocked.
he's shooting too fast while having the pull bolt, i snipe and its fine
I rarely sniped in BF3 because it always felt like the netcode couldn't decide wether I was hitting head or chest so half the time I'd end up shooting people where the only thing I could see was there face but not killing them because it registered as a body shot.
However in Battlefield 4, I think I'm kicking ass with the sniper rifle.
Apart from the netcode issues that sometimes spazz out, which is only mainly in intense firefights and people getting you behind a wall, for the most part, when it's working, the hit reg netcodey thing feels a lot better in BF4. I get a lot more headshots now, with standard assault rifles, a lot more shots feel like they're actually going where they're supposed to and hitting what they're supposed to.
Of course I still get those netcode moments where you're like wtf why did none of my bullets connect or wtf he just killed me even though he just ran 5 ft away and didn't even shoot. The majority though, I like the feeling in this game a lot better
Unlocked .44 magnum, same story like with Rex. Slight delay after you press mouse1.
I dont know, why there are so many pistols and so many attachments for them? I beileve, half of them cannot be installed on a gun irl. Prove me if im wrong.
Most pistols have same stats.

Think I'm using the P226 still, appears to have the better stats of all the guns. It serves me well.

Nvidia drivers are crap xD
Is BF4 worth buying?
Yes.
Just had the most amazing round of rush, so intense. 15 tickets left, last bomb site on zavod in that tower/outpost left. I sneak around their entire team, kill 2 people up there and plant the bomb which explodes with 2 tickets left. Moments like these make up for the crappy server issues.
Is BF4 worth buying?
Sure, but expect the game to crash a lot.
I don't think i have played a full game of conquest yet.

That's because revolvers now behave like real double-actions do. While it is more realistic it's super annoying :c

Which attachments?
EDIT:
Also kinda related to the sniper rifle thing, are scopes supposed to be randomly blurry? The US 8x, CN 6x, and sometimes the ACOG sometimes appear as if they were stretched out; for example, the Chinese 6x, instead of having a solid line down the middle, has a 50% transparent line that's also twice as wide as it should be. Is this a bug or is it some ~~~new and realistic~~~ feature like the straight-pull bolt thing?
Been checking nvidia and battlelog everyday so far hoping for new drivers/crashfix/optimization patch, everyday I am dissapoint.
I'm playing on a 560ti and I'm playing just fine on medium quality (I find that crashes happen on high) I haven't had a single crash since setting to medium.
After making vehicle "cheat sheet" for different maps and gamemodes for 3 hours straight, I finally found the source of minimap icons. fuck me

above are icons I just made, below are original minimap icons (with added corners).

I have noticed this too, in BF3 as long as you were not moving the bullet would hit on the crosshair or lower from bullet drop but now you have that as well as the bullets straying to the left and right all the time.

I have noticed it without the straight pull bolt. Maybe your accuracy is less when you just pull up the scope.

Yup. It's still pretty much a bug. Doesn't "kill" or "break" the class, but it's annoying.
Just slow down with your shooting and it is fine.
Let's change topic from "Buggy Sniper" to "Your Favorite Weapon".
My favorite weapons for Assault are AK-12 and CZ-805.
Both are hell-a accurate IMO
870 MCS is clearly the best weapon.
