Anyone else getting this weird blur/fov effect every ten seconds or so? Looks almost like the cruise missile strike effect, but with some red thrown in. Very distracting.
Apparently it's motion blur gone rogue. Knowing Battlefield games we'll be stuck with it for a few weeks. Goddamnit DICE.

Yeah, this patch has caused a LOT more crashing problems for a lot of people. I've talked to about 20 different people on TS and every single one of them has said they've crashed more after the patch than they ever did in the last week of playing

I blame battlelog for that, it likes to jump around massively for me on every server. Anyway I guess UK will be fine.

Not playing this trainwreck of a game.
I wanted to spend some quality time playing Battlefield after a long shift, all excited after hearing about the patch.
I don't think I actually finished a single round today.
Is the RPK-74M stupidly good or is it just me?
M249 is currently my fave support weapon. It's amazing, feels a little OP tbh
Well I've had a few rounds of MP today, no crashes so far. Can actually run it on high now without stutter but then when there's a lot of effects at once I get a bit of freeze so, it's been more optimized, possibly with drivers then it'll be sorted. For now though I'm sticking with medium detail.
Seems to run fine, netcode feels better and I didn't see any server crashes, however I did notice a distinct lack of servers so not sure if half of them are still fucked. Sucks to hear others are having issues though :(

I take this back.
I played for a few hours after this and only got disconnected from the server once. Rubber banding is gone and the network syncing issues seem to be fixed.
Sound bugs are still there and crashes DO still happen, but this patch fixed a lot of stuff. Hopefully it doesn't take DICE too long to fix the rest of it.

Holy fucking shit, the L85A2 is BY FAR the best gun in the game now.
I unlocked it at 23-4 on locker, ended the match about 5 minutes later with 57-7. It is [b]fucking insane[/b] i can see it getting nerfed asap
