claymores are now triggered by tripwires. They'll shoot three out kinda randomly in front of them a few seconds after placement. Makes them slightly more fair when placed around corners and prevents exploiting geometry to make them fully hidden yet active

Well BF4's unplayable for me. Can't play the 64bit version because when I try and go fullscreen it says DirectX error, have fun with 5 second mouse input lag that moves at 1 frame per second ending the task, and the other version, while running at well over 60 frames per second, stutters every .75 seconds almost like clockwork
Worse than the beta. And settings didn't change a thing, all on Low or High, it acted the same
Surely the game comes with a DX setup. I'm going to try and manually install it and if that doesn't work I'll be angry, but not as angry as I would be had I paid $60

literally zero people have played it yet and the experiences of this guy are accurate to everyone
also it's not that bad on most setups but people seem to have more trouble on win7 compared to 8, just a heads up.
After the recent battlelog patch for whatever fucking reason my game has been crashing as much as it did when it first came out. The last few days it was okay, maybe one in 2-3 matches i would crash.
Now i've crashed 5 separate matches in a row on 5 separate maps and just never rejoined. This is getting pathetic. The game has been out for an entire month and they've release [b]ONE[/b] client patch which didn't fix any of the crashing.
The game tells me to download the battlelog plugin whenever I try to play. Anyone else get this issue?
I already have it though.

I was just tagged [b]9 times in a row[/b] as HVT. 9 fucking times. I literally spent a majority of the match having the entire enemy team be able to see me through walls and exactly where i am on the map.
How the fuck did they think HVT was a good idea, having people pre shoot around corners because they know exactly where i am is getting VERY old

And I suspect that's why I get these stutters. Worse than the beta if anything. Doesn't matter if my settings are on low or high, same shit. Completely unplayable. Even though between the stutters the performance is perfect, but every second of PAUSE GO PAUSE GO PAUSE GO. Fuck that

Why don't you update to 11.1? I thought most graphics cards post-2009 supported it.

Anyway, I've gone through the usual. Made sure my video drivers are up to date, which they are, Unparked my cores, which I've always done, Can't alt tab from the game or it crashes fucking instantly with DirectX errors so I can't set CPU priority to LOW which helped in beta but still makes no sense. I've installed its own DX just incase it failed to do so when I downloaded the game
This is just shit. A month after release, too. I can't believe it's still in such bad shape when it comes to just RUNNING the damn thing. The Beta was in better shape than this
I'm grabbing that 24hr refund. If I'm going to waste $20, it's going to be on 2 days worth of bad TV dinners before it's wasted on a broken game that also supports EA

I run it fine, but my fps is rather small, 25-50 fps, because of min CPU in specs, 2 core 2.8 ghz. I really need new CPU and motherboard... GPU is fine.

There's a lot of forum posts with lots of pages of people having the exact same problem. A problem that dates back to Battlefield 3 (Which I never had) and was never fixed

Here's the error I get when I try to play in Fullscreen mode, or tab into the game once it launches after joining a server

Sometimes it doesn't happen and I can play for a couple minutes, but the stuttering is so bad, and should not be occurring at all
I've updated video drivers
I've installed DX from the Redist foldier
I've repaired installation
The stuttering acts like it's running out of RAM, even though the game's only using half of it, sometimes not even that much. I'm not even playing on Ultra, or all on High. And I've tried it with low settings. It'll be fairly stutter free for the first minute or two, then it just degrades until there's 2 to 3 second lock ups along with the constant stuttering
I'm not overclocked in any way, either.
I guess I'll just keep up with the patches, but I'm sure the community will be fragmented and playing new maps that I'm going to absolutely refuse to buy at this point making it a bit more difficult to find a vanilla game by the time a fix, if ever, comes out

Wait i'm using windows 7 and can run x64 fine, just grab it again when it's on sale and if they've actually fixed the problems. Shame that some people can't even run the game, i have a outdated PC and can run it fine bar the occasional crash
