i recently got this game cause it was $20. Getting great performance and I haven't experienced any real problems...but damn, 25 gigs for one game? I'm not gonna play the campaign or the 32 bit version, surely they should consider some sort of selective installation process. or do they share so much that it isn't really worth it? or did i miss it by blindly clicking "next" too fast?

I can't speak for the R9, but I have an EVGA 770gtx 2GB, and run between 55-90fps.

It's so fun waiting for the game to stop stuttering when I scope in, then sit for 15 seconds as it stutters and hangs some more as I unscope and pull the bolt back in all of 4 frames, finally I have control again and scope in again, and get more stuttering
I mean come the fuck on, I'm getting 80 frames per second when it isn't doing this, what the shit is the deal

Actually, he is speaking German with an Austrian accent but if he was streaming on [url]http://www.twitch.tv/[/url] and enough people would report it he would get permanently + globally IP banned (speaking from personal experience with reporting such individuals).
So I was drawing the performance graph on the bottom left as I played, GPU being the green line, CPU being yellow. They were pretty stable, they were on the lower half of the graph and the middle mostly, but for nanoseconds, the CPU and GPU line would just spike, a single tall ass line, completely off the top of my screen, where a microstutter is occuring. What the shit causes this? I put textures on Medium and it's better but it's still happening. There's no fucking WAY that I should be stuttering at all with most of the settings on medium, some high at 1920x1080, even with texture quality on high I shouldn't. The framerate is the same with the settings on Medium or High, but the stuttering is worse. I know 1Gb of VRAM is enough for High settings. If it were my GPU the CPU line wouldn't spike with it I wouldn't think
I guess it's time to officially shelve it until the patches roll out. Playing with 90% of the audio missing is getting just as old as the stuttering, anyway. And the load times. There's 20 seconds of the load screen where the GPU and CPU aren't even in use. It's just there for no fucking reason

The little bird is INVINCIBLE with 2 people repairing. I was also support with filled Indirect fire so my 2 friends had an infinite supply of rockets and grenades at the same time.
The 2 times I died were due to critical hits that disabled the rotor at some pretty bad spots. :v:
