Well alright then

ignore the shitty textures please
i just discovered 2 things, idk if they are already well known tips.
1. Support + smoke grenades is awesome. Your ammo box recharges them as fast as you can throw them, so you can have pretty large and consistent smoke screens.
2. If your an engineer and you kill an enemy support, pick up his kit, drop an ammo box, and go back to your kit. Let's you get all your rockets back, and it lasts until you die it seems, so you can go back and get more rockets if you need to.
Why would you torture yourself like that?
Using the bomber is easy once you realize that the closer you are the lower travel time the bombs will have to your target.
Also cruise missile. That's gotta help for something.
Played this game for 60 hours so far and I haven't played one game of Conquest where you have a really good game, or a really bad one. No in between. It's very infuriating to be on the latter side as well.

I've found this to be true since day one and really the beta. Something about BF4 conquest causes really lopsided matches.

I do feel like they're a tiny bit better than BF3, though. In that game one out of ten conquest large rounds ended in a shutdown and one team shitting down the other's collective throat; in 4 a team usually manages to keep at least one flag (at least in my personal experience). However, this does not make losing by 600+ tickets fun.
I'm thinking it has something to do with map design and/or respawn times. I'm comparing BF4 to TF2 and CQL to 5cp push - the latter uses waves to spawn players, so a couple team members spawn together and don't have to charge into eight Heavies alone. I think changing the spawn system to be more like TF2's would force more cooperation on people and lead to better matches (maybe).
Can anyone help me out score a 300m headshot for an assignment? Would just take a couple of minutes.
Oh yay, I finally got a commander leadership ribbon while playing commander on my Nexus 7 yesterday.
But then the server crashed :(
Getting 10 of those ribbon for my last bronze assignment is going to be a huge pain.

I have no idea how people find that hard, i got it on my first game with my DMR with no issues.

just go play rogue transmission with a 40x scope
Silencer on a bolt-action worth it? Yes it makes you invisible when you shoot, but the damage decrease seems drastic.
Vehicles should really not count towards accuracy, my accuracy is at 11.8 while most of my guns have near 20%, some even over 50% and one over 100%
I don't get why people ever think it's a good idea to destroy unprotected spawn beacons on sight. It just seems like a completely mindless "OOH FREE POINTS" moment.
It's so much better to just camp it for a while and get easy kills off it.
Between this and the fact that MAV's can capture flags at the moment it seems like China Rising should have been named Rise of the Machines.
EOD bot as well.
I have too much fun just playing as the EOD bot. It can cap flags, eats explosives, wrecks anything in blowtorch range, and can't be roadkilled.

battlefront 2's spawn system would be the best imho, which is like tf2, but battlefront has conquest logic and doesn't fucking spawn you facing the wrong way in front of enemies
when is mantle going to be implemented
Wasn't it going to be included in the China Rising DLC?
Why do squad leaders never give orders? It adds a nice teamwork aspect to the game but more importantly it gives you fucking points, what excuse do they have for not hitting q while looking at a point?
Can anyone help me out score a 300m headshot for an assignment? Would just take a couple of minutes.
It doesn't have to be a single 300m headshot, it just has to be 300m of headshots with any weapon.

The lower bullet velocity is the biggest downside to suppressors for me. Using a suppressor on a sniper rifle seems totally counter-intuitive for me.

I suppose people often don't realise they're SL, and when they do they don't care enough because they're too busy 420noscoping.
I really hate how you actually need 3 bomber kills in one round for the award (and then three of them for the airburst UCAV). The best I've managed is 2, then I simply did not have time to get close to the bomber spawn and the round ended.
Edit: finally, at least one ribbon secured. Now two more

playing with a full squad of people who actually care about teamwork is the most fun ive had in this game, though
a shame its about as common as a wolverine eating carrots

It becomes much easier after you unlock the cruise missile, it's much better to aim and control, unlike JDAMs

Yeah, I just realized you need actual kills for that and not ribbons, so it will be easier for now.

Which sucks because it's made me go from mostly playing Conquest which I used to love to to play, to just TDM which is meh.
flood zone is the only map that feels like a battlefield map
the rest are shit
I'd really like to know your definition of a Battlefield game if that's what you think.
Yeah, flood zone is one of the most different from the "classic" battlefield maps in my opinion.
Flood Zone, Shanghai or Rogue Transmission for best map
the urban map that isn't siege of shanghai (im new) reminds me of of a map in BF2142
