They fucked it up. They really fucked it up. The F-35 now rapes the J-20. The maneuverability difference is too small to make up for the J-20's huge size.
I haven't tried the Su-50 vs other jets. It still is the most maneuverable by far, but it's still a gigantic target. The difference is much lower now, so maybe the F-35 vs the Su-50 is now a fair fight, but it will kick the J-20s ass any day.
I had fun playing Battlefield 4 today. Go figure.
Patch didn't do anything for me regarding fps dips unfortunately. I'm confused why I play the game better using v-sync than no v-sync?
Was going to check if the patch changed anything in how well the game runs but I'm still getting that kicked from game error and can't find any solutions.

I really wish these autobalance scripts wouldn't break up existing squads. That's the worst.
I had a nasty surprise yesterday. I ran out of bullets so I switched kits with an enemy.
He had an AEK with heavy barrel. Understand that I usually run my AEK with muzzlebreak.
Good lord that recoil. I was still able to use it but damn getting almost twice as much recoil as I'm used to was off-putting for a second.

Considering that you missed your first 6 bullets or so, and that after that the spread would have been pretty severe, it was really 50/50 between you and him so I can't say I'm surprised. Also, what were you doing camping the stairs from the front, standing up nonetheless? If I camp the stairs from the front, I at least go prone to be a smaller target but ideally, I stand beside or behind the stairs so that the enemy needs to do a full scan of the room to see me and their reaction time is slower.
I do admit it was pretty unlucky to for you have hit him in the legs and arms a couple of time (since he has less than 1hp) but there are a number of things you could have done to have even more of an upper hand.

1. Domination works better if you cap & defend two flags as you can control the spawns, if you triple cap then the spawn will be random which is harder to defend
2. As a eSports title there should be no luck based factor, the video shows him dead, when i died he had 0% health but he was he was still alive
3. camping on the stairs made me lol, but it got funnier when you said "at least go prone to be a smaller target but ideally" yes being prone does make you a smaller target but it also makes you a easier target as it's only your head that is showing & you are less mobile.

you only hit him 3 times with bodyshots, and if he was wearing body armor, you would need 5.

The 0% health thing isn't a bug or anything, it just means the enemy has >1% health but not 0% health. It's rounded down for the display, internally that dude is fine. So long story short, get good scrub.

I don't know about you, but I don't consider Battlefield 4 to be an eSports title. Also, if my memory serves me correctly, health is rounded down. That means if he has less than one health point left (it's possible to have 0.4 out of 100 health points for instance) it's going to show as 0 hp. This can occur to you own character as well (showing you have 0 health point left).

Which is why IDEALLY you don't camp the front of the stairs, since it's LITERALLY the first place the enemy looks at, and if he peeks you're toast because with latency he'll see you first. At least if you're prone it takes a fraction of a second longer to identify you as an enemy, and if you position yourself correctly you can headglitch. Like I said, it was really 50/50 between you and the other guy but like someone else said earlier, the body armor perk probably saved his ass not to mention some of your shots were arm and leg shots.

Nobody is arguing that BF4 is buggy as fuck, but in that specific situation your aim was off and the other guy had latency advantage plus the right perk. Don't blame this on DICE.

It's to deal with damage falling off over range. Say your gun does 50-30 at a range of 30m-150m, at some point the damage is going to be something dumb like 34.44, could always round that itself, but that increases the imbalance of certain weapons at certain ranges as their damage falloff is fucked.
So, damage and health are tracking in floating point for precision, but as the display is handled in integer values, it gets rounded to make it fit, which is being done weirdly because DICE.

In addition, there are different damage multipliers depending on the weapon, bodypart and perk. Like you said, you need to add on top of that the damage falloff.

It would be dope if there was actually a competitive w/ various clans in squads adding up to 60 players + 2 commanders, clans would battle in smaller matches for places in the big battle, prize divided w/ the winning time
