there is no need for a pinpoint accurate assault rifle when every gun shoots accurately to the range you're supposed to be using them at.

Firing one shot at a time out of a heavy barrel AR only lets you headshot a predictable target 100% of the time up to 150m. Beyond that it becomes random and random is evil.
Guns arent lasers and shouldnt behave like lasers. Your argument is completely stupid and if you dont like how the mechanics in the game work, play a different game where they work like you want. They arent going to change the shooting mechanics how you want because it's stupid

If you fire a gun held completely still it will be far more accurate than a BF4 rifle.

Random spread exists to properly balance it.
There is a reason why pretty much all popular FPS games have it.
You shouldn't be able to get into tanks because ordinary infantry aren't trained to use them.
The game is an arcade shooter, not a simulation.
Got both the gun paint I really wanted (Hexagon adaptive) and got to rank 110 today. The only problem is now it's going to be hard to get extra attachments for guns I've never used because of the lack of Battlepacks I'll be getting.

The guns aren't supposed to be realistic, they're supposed to be authentic.

I use them in Obliteration, mainly because the M320 HE is the best thing to do parachute bombing runs with and that game mode has in air spawns so I tend to run assault.

Obliteration. I think that's the only one though. Arguably Rush but only for Attackers.

All this community month thing is really cool and all, but all I really want is them to announce the release date for Second assualt. I'm really hyped to play it. Some people have been saying that they think it might come out this week, maybe on Friday, but I'm not overly optimistic.

I'd be very surprised if we don't see it this month. I really like BF4 but i'm getting bored with the current maps, I want to some BF3 in my BF4.

i was just playing on shanghai, there was an admin in an attack chopper and everytime he took damage he'd go back to base and spam "do not follow the chopper back to base that's base raping!"
