It has the same blast radius, throws further, does 80% damage to people and you have THREE of them. All grenades should only have one. The tradeoff of having a grenade that throws further, should be less damage. And it is. Why the fuck would they give them 3 of them? That negates the tradeoff, and even gives them a huge advantage over M67. I really don't know what DICE has been thinking with the balance of half of the shit in this game
Is there a bug in defuse now? The bomb carrier now is always shown on the minimap and has an orange triangle over his head. I stopped playing a while back and it wasn't like that, please tell me it's a bug in the latest patch and not an actual gameplay decision. 9 out of 10 people don't even bother going for the bomb anymore and well, with perfectly good reason. The enemy will always know where you and teammates protecting you are :/

Just had the most intense BF4 match i've had in a while. It brought back a lot of BF:BC2 memories, where you go on such insane kill streaks that you have to constantly switch out kits with people you killed because you don't have ammo, or a tank rolls up and you need to grab an engi kit to blow it up. I think i went on a ~40 kill streak, entirely as infantry just defending F and E. I switched kits at least 8 times during that as well, it was insanely fun. That's why i prefer the infantry focused (not entirely infantry, like Op Locker) maps the most. Maps like Grand Bazaar, Seine Crossing, Zavod. Where it's like 80% infantry, with a bit of heavy and light vehicles in there to help push things. I can't stand infantry only or vehicle heavy maps, to me the later BF games have been mainly about infantry combat and the vehicles are there to set the game apart [url]http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/432304089799222080/250234167/[/url]
The maps that are all infantry sized often feel too full in my opinion. I love playing Dom but I wish the map sizes were just bigger.

My main map complaint in base BF4 is the amount and distribution of vehicles that clearly are unnecessary on such small play areas. Part of the reason I play China Rising exclusively now is that really all the maps balance vehicles really well with the maps physical size.
I feel like I'm the only one who can't fucking stand those rank 110 AA drivers that sit in their deployment all fucking around just racking up points with no risk at all.

MTAR is a good choice because of the bull-pup design and less penalty while shooting on the move. Also, if you really want to nail those hip-fire/headshots, play some pistol only servers. They're a great way to practice!

i regularly get murdered by the AS VAL in almost one or two shots it seems it feels a little bit OP
VAL does 30 damage max while the MTAR 25; they have the same RoF of 900; at <8m it's even. At slightly more than 8m (maybe up to 13?) the VAL wins, after that the MTAR's slower damage drop gives it the advantage. While the AS VAL has a higher base DPS, at range the MTAR takes over.
So this 10 million dogtags mission, how do I participate? Do I actually have to get dogtags or does everyone get a Gold Battlepack at the end of the mission even if they don't get any dogtags?

Although, I'm still annoyed that the recent patch shifted the balance so heavily in favor of the F-35. It makes the J-20 worthless now that it lost its maneuvering edge. Before the patch, the F-35 had a slight edge over the J-20 despite its worse handling because of its small size. Now that they handle almost identically, the J-20's large size is a huge handicap.

I honestly prefer the 20mm cannon, active radar missiles (only to give those spammers a taste of their own medicine), fire extinguisher, and stealth coating. The active radar missiles hitting you with no warning is the reason I have the fire extinguisher, as it also instantly removes the mobility hit when triggered. Usually when I get swatted by an active radar, I just turn right around and throw one back, then buzz his ass down. A lot of people for some reason seem to rely on their missiles more than the noseguns.
