3200 tickets CQ Large. This is probably going to be the best server for gaining platoon score.
Yay, a friend bought me Premium. :D
Lost Islands is pretty.
Anyone playing atm?
I got bored. The matches were taking way too long on 3200 tickets.
So I just compared the SR338 to the Mk11, what exactly is the point of the former? It has: lower damage dropoff start, lower rate of fire, smaller magazine capacity, lower muzzle velocity, longer reload, more recoil, and the same accuracy when ADS and lower accuracy when hipfiring compared to the latter. The only way it's better than the Mk11 is point-blank damage (50 vs 45) which loses all relevance after 12.5 meters. Don't get me wrong, it's fun to use, but it's just...useless.
What does platoon score do?
Because of the Naval Strike update, my SSD only has 1GB left. I decided to move the game back to my regular HD.
Now it's telling me on Battlelog that the game isn't even installed. How can I fix this? I can't afford to download the entire 40GB again.

Try reinstalling Battlelog

Example:
if
the folder where you moved BF4
is
"d:\Origin\Games\BF4\"
then
In your Origin client, do these:
Click on "Origin" then "Application settings".
In the "Advanced tab", modify the destination folder for the "Your games will be installed in..." to "d:\Origin\Games\", but not "d:\Origin\Games\BF4\".
Then right click the BF4 icon and do a "Repair Game".
If previous steps were accomplished, after a fast repair game, your game should function properly.
If not, see steps again.
Is it normal for the insides of the air craft carrier to be bright as hell?
Things that should get servers closed down: Ping Kickers that kick for going above 160 ping. :|
160 ping seems pretty high. Aren't there servers around where you get lower pings?
So how's the Naval Strike? I haven't got a chance to try it.

160 ping ain't shit. I was playing on multiplayer servers with 300 ping back when my internet was shit, and only noticed server lag once in a while.

Easiest thing to do:
Move your Battlefield 4 install to somewhere or just rename it .bak
Make your install folder on origin point to where you want the game installed, click to install it and let Battlefield 4 install to 1%. Then pause it, close origin and then drag those files you renamed to .bak into the newly created BF4 directory created by origin.
Once it's done, fire up origin again, tell it to resume the download and then it'll think about it and just start installing (might take a while)
As for the DLC, it may say you don't have it, for that you may need to edit some registry files to make origin realise you have the DLC but you'll have to google that because I can't remember how to do it. Hope that helps

Not really, most servers I seem to get are in Europe for some reason, even when I filter to get US Servers.

You didn't notice any server lag because you were the one lagging all over the place.
You didn't notice any server lag because you were the one lagging all over the place.
Actually lag is one-sided, Your input is delayed to the server.
So really the only loser here is the person with the high ping, unless bullet mechanics are client-sided (which wont be really surprising considering vaulting calculation are client-sided apparently)
I hard that you can change your bullet velocity and it work but you get banned by FairFight shortly after.
Anyway, if it is client sided then dice are fucking morons and yeah lag is bad for everyone.
However, if it isn't, the only one that will have issues is the lagger himself
Bullet physics and hit detection have been clientside since BC2 I think

I can confirm that this works.

They're mislabeled as being Premium unlocks in Battlelog, in-game they're shown as simply being from BattlePacks.
After 8 games each of Conquest and Carrier Assault I'm pretty disappointed in this DLC. The hovercraft is useless for anything but moving from A to B, maps range from terrible to mediocre/okay, and carrier assault disappointments are pretty well established.

Yeah, too bad it's most likely a joke.
I think the carrier assault needs more assault. Like at least 4 M-Coms. Titan mode had 5.

The carrier assault rounds go by way to fast and I might just be retarded by the layout of the carrier interior is confusing as fuck.
