Game is unplayable. Stuttering occurs so much that I can't do pretty much anything. Any ideas?
DMRs: Hate it when all you hear is *crackrackrackrackrackrack* just used as a spam because someone has shit for aim. Don't mind it when it's maybe 3-4 cracks with some timing between them. Love it when it's just one well-placed shot.
Well damn, I unlocked the Mk11Mod0 and just opened hell on people. Slapped that ACOG w/ heavy barrel and you got the perfect anti-sniper weapon.
Do you happen to be on Windows 7?
i doubt its a win 7 problem anymore, with my 670, I5, 8 GB of ram i can run it flawlessly on max compared to what it was at launch. honestly the ram and the CPU are more of a bottleneck for this particular game than others.

The usage graph was just like his, so I'm thinking that could be it. GPU usage was all over the place, and now with 8.1, it's always at 100%.

I just started playing this game, much better than bf3 I reckon. Is there a FP server that i can know about?
Do you happen to be on Windows 7?
Windows 8.1, GTX 780, i7 4770, 8 GB RAM.
Has anyone actually figured out how Skill is calculated? I hate having great rounds only to lose 10 skill with no explanation. I cant go around capping 8+ flags a round then see that. It just doesnt make sense.
Windows 8.1, GTX 780, i7 4770, 8 GB RAM.
I haven't a clue then, sorry.
whats your ram though, most people who upgraded to 8 gigs lost all the shuddering completely.
16 GB (2x8) 1866 MHz My GPU usage would never be consistent on 7, but it is on 8.1, so games perform as they should.
So, anyone in the 'Community Test Environment'?
So, anyone in the 'Community Test Environment'?
What's that?
What is that?
It was announced today, have a read. I just realised that I can't get over how ridiculously broken this game is. At the best of times it's entertaining, I keep coming back to it and I want to like it, but it's just so awful. Worst net code, and the worst collection of maps I've ever seen in a BF game. Bring back Battlefield 2 damn it
http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/news/view/community-test-environment/
Improve Battlefield 4 with Us The Community Test Environment (CTE) will provide passionate fans the chance to evolve Battlefield 4 with us and become a part of the development process. We’ll be able to test new ideas and solutions to current issues before we roll them out to all Battlefield players. Among the first things we will work on is the “Netcode,” which is what the player experiences with the game world including player-to-player interactions like damage registration. This involves tweaking to the “tickrate” servers and networking in general. By launching this new program, not only will we be able to address player feedback at an early stage, but also increase the overall quality of the game. We are excited to explore the possibilities together with you.
Caps out at 1 as far as I can remember.
Skill is shit I'm playing for cooperation and objective capture, not for 40/1 KDR an KPM. SPM and Captures the only thing I worry about.

Once I thought it would be funny to run Recon with the starter bolt rifle and no attached scope. It was fun, not effective, but it was fun. I managed to kill a shotgunner with a headshot to the face :v:

In BF4 I can't do shit with blot action and iron sights even though I really want to.
I'm not sure what you guys are all complaining about, fair enough I've only played it for a day and probably haven't noticed some of the bad points but it's the first BF game I've been able to see through an entire 3000 ticket conquest without stopping! I'd say that's an improvement on my previous play one or two 100 ticket games on BF3 then stop playing Mainly I like all these little extra features like 2 scopes on one gun, I've only seen that on Arma so far
Would you guys suggest Ultra + no AA or High + 2x AA? I fail to notice the difference between high and ultra
Overall I love BF4 more than I did 3, but as you play more you will notice more stuff to talk about other than 'the game's fun!'.
Knowing that the game has a tickrate of only 10 explains so much to me.

I think squad play has a lot to do with it also. I did jack shit but snipe got +10 http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/464258778557874240/187906020/ Started to play the objective -6 http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/464640032382427072/187906020/

That is above the cap for the max amount of skill from KDR. Your SPM was pretty mediocre though, but the KDR made up for it. In the - skill game, your kill death ratio was 2 but it could not make up for the SPM of 249. [editline]9th May 2014[/editline] To get a lot of skill you gotta have games like these http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/428947017057283392/249113638/ http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/427170845529735616/249113638/ http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/427171491239977088/249113638/ http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/421778413960918464/249113638/ http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/428934322206943168/249113638/ That's all it really boils down to. This is also why the skill value of TDM and Domination players is so high. [editline]9th May 2014[/editline] Pretty sure that at one point my skill hovered around the 500 mark but then I started playing more Conquest again and it dropped down to like 300
Now I see why skill in pointless. It favors some gamemodes and not others. I'm just going to keep playing how I do and hopefully get it up to around 260/280

Well, with the time of me actually being able to play the game, I got a lot of good kills with the SRAW. God I love the SRAW.
