Any patch notes for the recent 5gb Hardline update?
So I got a PS4 beta code the other day but I've already been playing the beta thanks to exploits so first come first serve. I don't know if it will work or not.

im liking the game, but holy shit the netcode is god awful. theres rubber banding all the time and massive lag between hits all the time. i know they are on the old 5-10 tickrate servers, but if they patch it in the final release, i might get it off of mexican origin.
I also just got into the Hardline beta. I gotta ask this especially since I haven't played BF4, but are the gun/shooting mechanics similar in Hardline the same as BF4? I'm legit curious because from what I have played thus far, I haven't really cared for it. Maybe I haven't played enough who knows?
Just got a beta code too. I'm hoping it has a good connection for Australian players. :\
Hardline is fun, wouldn't consider buying it though.
Anyone getting some crazy stutter on Hardline? It's like the framerate is great but it keeps freezing every 5 seconds between bursts of the game working fine.

I got into the beta now too but Origin refuses to download it
It gets an error every time I try to download any game I have on there, rofl Origin fuck you
So I just had a match where half the server ended up going tazer and melee only.

For you stat whores out there, according to Altimor the AKM and Mossberg are the weapons to use for Hardline at the moment.

yeah, I posted a few posts up the page, I get the same
I prefer the sawn-off because it sounds and feels awesome, but the AKM is really good compared to the M16A3.

so it seems every game is one side shitting on the other with atleast 5 people per game headshotting everyone the map distance with AKMs .
off to another server again i guess.
so i skipped BF4 but hardline seems fun other than 2-3 people can win a round in less than 5minutes on their own if they work together but this is battlefield so it never happens.
and its too easy to spawn camp criminals on heist lol...
BF maps seem to get worse each game though.
nah I'll stick to BF4.
I really loved the idea of a live scoreboard at first, minimizing the amount of matches I would join only to see it's about to end or my team having 500 tickets less.
But it doesn't fucking work. All the time it just displays "Live scoreboard is too busy right now." making it completely useless.
I just don't see the appeal in buying Battlefield Hardline as it stands, aside from the Police vs Robbers theme and gadgets (Grappling Hook is useless due to the prevalence of ladders and stairs and the Zip Line is only semi-useful).
You really need to heavily suspend your disbelief in this game, Police Officers using RPG's with Robbers flying Helicopters with attached miniguns with both sides using military grade weaponry, please don't tell me a bunch of Robbers got access to P90's and G36 Assault Rifles. Lets also not forget every Police Officer and Robber in the country has a military parachute on their back at all times.
But at the end of it all, while its a ok Battlefield game, your just better off playing Battlefield 4 where there is no dumb pretence of the "War on Crime" and its on a actual battlefield with Tanks, Jet's and a real reason to be using RPG's.
As it stands, Hardline is just a wasted opportunity that is toeing the line and not taking big risks.
I really hope the game can prove me wrong in the next 5 or so months, I really do.
Finally got into Hardline Beta.
I Click Play. Origin sends me to Battlelog page. Apparently, there is no main menu. So the only way to change options is to join a server and be useless to a team for 5 minutes.
Spawn. Where's everyone? Where's the enemy? Where should I go? *killed from behind from 500m away*. *Repeat 8 times*.
Yes, I'm new to Battlefield.
Maybe I just got unlucky since subsequent matches have played out better.
Finished downloading, I never got round to playing BF4 so this should be fun
How would i go about getting the beta on my PS4? I signed up twice (One for PC, one for PS4) and I got two emails, but I'm not sure how to activate it on my PS4.

There isn't time in the game to get more than 2 kills, it takes longer to load into the map than it does to play it

It takes about 20 seconds to load the map, then about 10 minutes for the game to finish. What on earth are you on about.

It takes me a good minute or two sometimes to load up maps in BF4. Not played enough of Hardline to gauge the average.
Just noticed you can interrogate people you subdue with the baseball bat & police baton by holding E on them, it makes the entire enemy team spotted, I always thought it did it automatically.
Did you always die this fast in Battlefield? I feel like every time I find another player its 2 shots to the arm and I'm down instantly
I never remember being this quick in BF3
