It looks like they were, but they added a "play on a Dragons Teeth map" requirement in all the assignments so you cant get them early

installs from disc but updates will be around 8-14 gigs...

How many 25% XP boosts did you get?

I was joining specific random US servers to the point where "loading map" was on screen for 3-4 seconds, then I just quit from game. Repeat, each join to server was 3 gold battlepacks for me. It could be 1-4 battlepacks, and some servers didnt work, some worked for a while and some all time. I have no idea if this still works, it worked day ago, for entire day. I doubt it, but anyone can try :)

I got 20 200% boosts, 60+ 100%, and a shitton of 50% and 25%.

EDIT. Im PC Premium, used some DLC servers too.

Any idea what servers they might have been? Tried it on ~20 servers so far and I've gotten four packs, but it seems really inconsistent.

Sorry, no idea, server that was working for me, now is not working. If you got 4 from one server, stick to it if it still works. Probably DICE is fixing servers slowly, and now you have to have luck to find one.
