How egotistical do you have to be to have your own face as your emblem?
It seems that one person made these for a lot of the bf4 people
Just had an awesome 119,146 point round.
I just played on propaganda for the first time, I like it.
I've been playing a lot of Project Reality while waiting for the fall patch. HOW TO: RAISE MORALE
So they got Battlefields with militaries fighting other militaries. Soon they're gonna have a Battlefield with cops fighting robbers. How about a spy thriller influenced Battlefield? It would be like regular Battlefield, but with a 1960s setting of Cold War paranoia, space race, and pastel colored suburban homes. Instead of soldiers, it would be agents fighting henchmen.
in other words TF2
A spy theme wouldnt work for BF because a "battle" between spys is a 10 year long game played between very few people to try and trick each other and gain information, not 32 v 32 explosionfests like a war setting or an exaggerated cops v robbers
I really think that Battlefield should try a Red Orchestra 2-type system where there are only a certain amount of slots open for each type of special weapon. Not only would it be more realistic, but it would put more of an emphasis on team work and make specializations matter. Also reduce explosives spam. [editline]25th September 2014[/editline] It would also breathe new life into the gadgets. Take for example the MPAPS or whatever it's called. Nobody uses that. On a full team, all the C4 slots would fill up first and someone would have to take one. You'd see a much more varied game.

You are an undercover double reverse mole informant secret policeman out to get revenge and/or justice. Or whatever.

It made each of the sides actually have a different flavor and feel besides just a different uniform and differently skinned vehicle. It also made for more variety because people didn't just stick to one gun that they use forever. Adding what you're saying to the mix would further work towards that, but I doubt we'll ever see any of that in a Battlefield game. You can't have just an M4 or AK-74 anymore because that's boring so we get all kinds of wacky guns that have on place on a battlefield. I don't like the trend Modern Warfare started where everybody has access to all weapons and everything is interchangeable. I'm fine with unlockable weapons, but I'd prefer if they kept them side specific.
So is this game worth a purchase at this point? I got a new computer that can actually run it, and I am wondering if it is actually a decent game. I remember playing the beta on my old computer and it ran like shit, but supposedly this new one should be able to max it out on my monitor's resolution. I'm not sure if it is a bad sign that this thread is on the 2nd page though (Of the section)

Game's pretty lively, and the last DLC is about to be released (which will breathe some new life in bf
For the past few days, I feel a bit upset. Video games don't usually do this to me, but after playing the Battlefield 3 campaign, I feel like I played the culmination of everything wrong with modern video games.

I also stopped caring to defend the game against the uninformed haters so I just play my Battlefield game in peace. I don't really have any major problems with it, especially with the CTE patch around the corner (next Tuesday?) that basically turns the game into Battlefield 4.5 with the amount of small improvements over core parts of the game.

It seems pretty good from what I've played so far.
I'm really hoping the next patch fixes all the technical shortcomings. BF3 only really felt "finished" with its last major patch too.
Anyone know why shadowplay doesn't work in bf4? I can see the frame rate indicator, but not the shadowplay is active indicator
Anyone know why shadowplay doesn't work in bf4? I can see the frame rate indicator, but not the shadowplay is active indicator
Are you playing in windowed mode? Shadowplay won't work in windowed mode or borderless fullscreen unless you enable desktop capture.

Aw no more 3 Slam tank kills.
Speaking of SLAMs, do they stay on the map forever? I was playing as an engie, placed a couple, died, respawned as an assault, 5 minutes later I got a kill off one.
