For the mots part I like the damage changes, but I'm really frustrated with the effects it has on magazine size. The FAMAS SCAR and Bulldog all suffer greatly from the increased TTK since they have tiny magazines and now take many more rounds to kill someone with. I honestly feel the longer TTK for the SCAR is really unfair regardless since it has such a low RoF and small magazine. The changes really just make me want to use the AEK and never switch to anything else since nothing even feels anywhere near as effective.
after playing for a little bit and using both the SCAR and the Bulldog, I didnt even notice the reduced damage
Battlefield is so much fun after this patch. I haven't had this much fun with Battlefield in a long time. Classic mode is fantastic and should be the default mode.
I am getting some stuttering which is a bit annoying. Is anyone else getting this?

It turned out my drivers werent up to date so I updated them and now we'll see how it is
Can someone mention the biggest changes? I can't feel anything. The only thing I've noticed is that the icon over dead teammates when you play as assault has a timer now.
that fixed it. I also had my settings at like medium low because I thought thats what I could handle, then I bumped it up to ultra and I think my fps increased.

Hit-markers look different depending on the damage you do.
Grenades got heavily nerfed, amount you can carry dropped and the amount of time you have to wait for a new one from ammo box increased dramatically.
Rounds have a Ready-screen and a startup-timer after the Ready-screen.
Classic mode.
No commander in Rush.
There's probably more but I got tired of remembering them. :v:
Classic mode is tons of fun, I wish more servers ran it
Although we need an option to mutiny squad leaders who spend the entire round in a jet/MAA

I only get stuttering when I start to run out of RAM, causing Battlefield to start paging. Closing Chrome usually opens up enough RAM that I'm in the clear again, but it's something I need to aware of if I'm playing for extended periods of time.
ive only noticed the stuttering when i first run it. after a match it completely vanishes.
btw, SKS is back in it's spot as a good DMR. You can unload the mag extremely fast with pinpoint accuracy.
No delay Rex is almost the same to me as it was in Bf3. fuck yes

DMRs are amazing now that they have a higher muzzle velocity and magnified optics don't suck. Now that the TTK is higher they are also more competitive at close range since most assault rifles take just about as long to kill you as you take to kill them with a DMR. Unified soldier sensitivity also makes canted iron sights extremely good, you guys need to try DMRs out again.
So apparently joining a server that hasn't updated to the latest patch and then leaving as its loading the level gives you gold battlepacks each time you do that. I was getting 4 at a time :v:

Tried again still no free stuff. I waited till it says loading level in the little battlelog server joining indicator and click the x and it exits the game but no free stuff

try letting it join all the way.
my connection is being a bitch and i get a shitton of packet loss/5k pings so i can't try it on my normal home connection. but apparently tethering the phone to my laptop and then bridging it to my desktop works.
so if it works for me that way, it should work for you.
