Yes, if you're on a ranked non-private server it unlocks. Everyone can pick it up. Can be found in the Carbine list afterwards.

Also don't forget to go up on this computer thingie when you're in the room and press E on the papers on there to open up the final Phantom assignment requirements.

On the other hand, Rorsch confirmed best weapon in the game - two helicopters destroyed, two 2-person collaterals, total 16 Rorsch kills in one round on Hangar 21. That map feels like it's designed around the thing, it's amazing.

Yes, that's the list everyone uses. It's by no means complete though so just check the spots when you're nearby, don't bore yourself hunting for them specifically.

The bow on the other hand will get you killed in almost any situation unless you're really damn good at nailing headshots. More usable in Hardcore mode though, since it's usually 1-hit kill there.

So do you need to complete the other phantom assignments to get the bow or do you just need the FS tags?
Yea, you need the phantom dog tag, weapon camo, and soldier camo, along with the Final Stand dogtag to get to the Phantom.
I guess the tags just don't exist for me, I've scoured the maps, even with the maps.

Its glitched on battlelog. You can still make progress towards it.

The round needs to be started, they only appear in one place at a time, and there is 5-10 minute wait before they respawn. Oh, and the respawn place is random as well.

I've heard 3-15 minutes, but who knows. I sure don't since I haven't found any. Although I don't play much, only for like 3 hours when people first heard about them so I didn't have the maps or anything

Shoot the men highlighted in orange. Make the vehicles highlighted in orange go boom. Run and stand on the orange letters until they turn blue.
Somehow I am only good as a sniper.
The rangefinder/nvg/infrared binocular is so OP I can't even stress this enough. I love it. Finally snipers are so annoying that DMR sniper hunters are a thing. Makes it all much more fun.
I like bf4 so far.

DMRs are awesome, and I managed to counter-snipe a guy with a DMR and canted ironsights. I saw a guy on a tower which i was running past and quickly switched to canted ironsights for whatever reason and while he was aiming at me with his massive scppe glare I shot him in the head and he des.

Me and a friend usually go rolling around in a tank, I take the driver's seat and he keeps up repairs. It's amazing how inept the enemy can be when they are presented with a pair of players that actually work together. For example:

So how's bow everybody is talking about?
Is it as good as BF3 crossbow?
It's only a OHK on a headshot or upper chest on non-Defensive users. According to some tweet it's underpowered by design so they won't be changing it anytime soon; that plus it's a primary weapon so you're 95% useless. So no, it's nowhere near as cool as the xbow (which was the best weapon in all of vidya until the Rorsch came around imo).
