Last server I was on that allowed attacking/stealing from spawn said that "If DICE allowed it to be in the game, we're going to leave it there." Great logic considering some of the things DICE has allowed to be in the game.
I've found that I do a million times better on hardcore servers than regular game servers.
Except the one that allowed spawn camping.

Because it's part of the game and if you're good it won't happen. It's like asking why a server would allow you to lose.

So I've opened BF4 like ten times in the past week and can't bring myself to actually play it. Haven't really touched it since the CTE changes went live.
Is anybody else not able to play the game after the latest battlelog update?
After a freaking half hour at attempting to just LOG IN to battlelog, it gives me some stupid error message and tells me to try again.
Thanks for screwing it up yet again, DICE. Freaking test your software before releasing it.

You also get gold packs during events and for each service star of any kind as far as I know.
That must be that. When I just bought premium I got a shitload of golden packs too, so it must be mostly events and monthly stuff.

I opened all of those when they came out so it isn't them. I think it is the service stars that people are going on about, because I never got the battle pack from when they changed service stars to do that.

I'm shit at video games and any scenario where I'm fighting other players usually gets me sweaty as fuck. Usually the worst cases are something like Dark Souls invasions or meeting other people in DayZ, but getting more than one kill in a row or trying to sneak behind enemy lines is pretty stressful.
