I'm getting seriously tired of this game... already.
Team-play seems to be gone as well, I can't even count how many times Ive gone into a situation thinking I had support only to find the people walking with me dispersed and all died alone in a corner somewhere.
Proper team work was on it's way out when BC2 hit, it pretty much gave up and died a death in BF3, BF4 is just a continuation of that trend. Randoms are just really unobservant to everything around them and they are nearly always a liability. My advice, get good at being a lone wolf and then instead of relying on help from team mates, you hold your own and use allies to your own gains, let them enter the room first so you can watch the map and see the enemy locations, let them run down the street and draw out all the enemies before you make a move, bail out of the tank the second the driver knowingly drives into a situation that is obviously only ever gonna end with the both of you dead and the tank destroyed. The key to staying alive is by staying in control, the second you put your 'life' in someone else hands is when you end up getting killed.
Obviously you still back your team mates up and lend a hand as and when you decide but not at the expense of your own ticket. It sounds really cuntish, but if you want anything done, your always the best person to do it.
AK 5C is beastly. I suppose it's history repeating itself with the AK's in the engineer class.
I haven't crashed in MP yet, and I've played a couple of matches already. I'm on Win8, maybe that's the reason.
[editline]1st November 2013[/editline]
Only once my game had lagged completely(connection wise) and everyone froze, then I got disconnected with the reason 'client has closed connection'.
a couple matches sure as hell isn't enough; I get it every seven matches now but that's still too often
SP freezes every 90 seconds of gameplay

that can't be right
I really wanted to like BF4 to have something to keep me occupied until PS4, but there's something about it I just don't like.
I like rush mode, but the maps just seem terribly imbalanced, I'm not even going to get started on Operation Locker. I couldn't find a single map I could honestly say I enjoyed, there was at least a handful in BF3. I did try conquest too, but again couldn't get in to my element, wasn't gripped by the game as I thought I would be.
I played all the games from BF2 - BF4, and this is probably the only one I can honestly say I hated, even BF3 I managed to get a good 100 or so hours out of it before I got fed up.
I'm glad EA are doing that refund policy, one thing they got right.
of all the maps the only one I hate is rogue transmission
I'm enjoying the game a lot more, but it still feels really empty to me. The maps so far don't have the kind of intricate style of BF3 or even BC2's.
Being all tactical with IRNV suppressed M249 and a whole fucking crate of smoke grenades sure is fun :D
I'm enjoying this game so much I never almost never post in this thread. I still crash every 3-5 games, but aside from that I'm loving Battlefield 4.
most of the assault rifles are useless
You cannot be serious.
Obliteration loves to crash when everyone has a huge score for some odd reason.
So how do you get veteran status, do you have to link previous battlefield games to your account again or what? Where can I see where it says my status is.
Outcome is legit, right? Delusionals on reddit bashing it just because it asks for your Origin login
does origin really bother you that much? :l
Battlelog has updated their massage, the new servers will rollout at 0800hrs CET
snip
Why not an update and new servers. That would go great together.
Wish I could get a refund on this but I've had it more than 24 hours..
The Q5-Fantan is pretty cool.
Yeah, I'm done with this game until it gets a patch. Utterly unplayable. The gameplay is fun, it's just a shame DICE can't finish their games.
<i give up spoiler tags sucks>
shit
Playing Siege of Shanghai and each team drops from 16 each to 6 each every 5 minutes, total joke.
Beat the game.
[sp]sadly I knew in one point of the game that Hannah or Irish will die due to some sort of choice based on the fact that someone said that you would get a p90 or a M249 in the choice.[/sp]

[sp]Technically neither of them has to die to finish the campaign.[/sp]
Just had the worst game in history of obliteration on lockers. Before you think, "Oh, it's just same as metro"
No, worse than metro. Because on RU on Obliteration and all the spawns are open with no openings. And US just fucking worked their way to our spawns and literally just sat around us as we spawned and killed us.
The map design is so bad, you'd think it was a student project that caused a student to fail. It's just incomprehensibly retarded.
Jeez you guys sure are mad. So far I have had a great game time and little to no crashing except for when the scores get high on Obliteration. I'm personally having a hell of a good time on some of these maps, Dawnbreaker and Locker are cool. I've had lots of almost cinematic moments in the game.
They SAID that you have all the basic essential unlocks for the vehicles from the beginning, but it's not accurate.
First, the little bird doesn't have any AA missiles by default, so you get wrecked by the enemies who have them;
Second, good luck facing against another IFV in your own IFV without wire-guided missiles;
Third, AA vs AA vehicle, whoever got the 30mm and rockets unlocked wins.

The obvious solution to me is to remove unlocks entirely

First, little bird is not an AA vehicle and AA missiles are not essential;
Second, INFANTRY fighting vehicle;
Third, AA vehicles are not meant to face each other.
