Skill is a ranking system based purely on kills and deaths. You gain skill for kills and lose skill for deaths. The amount lost/gained is dictated by the skill of your opponent. Skill is never transferred, only added or subtracted. Basically it's a completely arbitrary value that measures one tiny part of the Battlefield experience.

I like ACW-R so far.

Wow, Operation Locker is absolute garbage. The only map with non-stop time travelers. I hope Metro stays the same as in BF3.
Again, Locker is actually a great map when played at appropriate player numbers. 32 player CQ small is great on that map. The problem is that it appears on CQ large playlists and the Obliteration version is just a meat grinder because of the game mode.
Dude, as Metro64 whore, I tell you - Op. Locker is a mess. Also combine it with time travel shit when you get killed in less than a sec with 1 bullet from a shitty handgun by some jackass who wasn't even shooting at you.
So for some reason when I got a refund of the game on origin through customer service and not origin itself, I got my refund and yet I still have the game. Playable and everything.
To be entirely honest I think your self-proclaimed title as a "Metro64 whore" makes you less qualified to criticize other maps :v:
Locker lets you outflank your enemys, Metro was just a mess.

Attack jets don't have better handling - stealth jets can do a full turn nearly half a second faster than the attack jets. Do i think the stealth jets need a buff? Yes, i think the main cannon needs to do more damage against other air vehicles. Do i think the handling / anything else with it needs to be changed? Absolutely not. I've never had a problem using it to take out a talented attack jet that is dominating our ground units with gun runs and jdams.
I never got why people played Metro64, all you can get from that shit stain of a map is suppression ribbons and explosive kills. You could barely unlock any attachments because all every body was doing is throwing/launching grenades and people holding mouse1 with the LMG's. What was the point? You were better off just playing TDM on nosehair/kharg island for leveling stuff.

Everything else is fine and suits its role. When I fly them, I'm pretty confident I can take out an attack jet, but it's a hell of a lot more stressful than fighting another stealth jet because I know they can kill me almost instantly if I let them. A stealth jet on the other hand will just be a boring and annoying dogfight until somebody gets bored and bails out. Even with all the maneuvering and speed advantages, I'm still more afraid of attack jets because they do so much damage they can kill you on the merge if you're not paying attention. Hell, they can kill you from halfway across the map. I've killed other fighters from 500m away with a good burst from the 30mm. That's how lopsided the damage is.
Apparently, Shanghai is broken for me. I joined the server 4 or 5 times in 10 mins, my game stopped working in less than 1 minute. And i dont know what was the problem. I joined another server and played 3 games in a row without any lag and crash. I think i will avoid this map for a bit. Not sure if im right, gonna confirm it tomorrow. Sounds stupid, but my game freezes mostly on this map only.
Lol, ranked up twice in a single match, got over 30k in the bonus alone.

Does anyone know if the belt feeder upgrades on vehicles affect the restock rate of ammo? It says it quickens reloading, but I honestly can't see a difference (on attack boat). So does it mean restock rate of ammo?

Recoil increases more with each shot and increases more when you're moving, and most importantly, your "actual" recoil is twice of what you see, so you actually have to aim below the target to hit. It also can randomly reverse sides so you still have something to react to. CS:GO on the other handed just uses a pseudo random generator and resets it to a certain state every time your recoil resets, so it's just a memorization clusterfuck. EDIT: On a completely unrelated note I'm not fond of this FairFight anticheat, there's too much room for improvement in PB to be pulling out heuristics bullshit.

Apparently they haven't done shit all to fix the client crashing issues because i've been trying to play for 2 hours and have crashed a total of 7 times make that 8, after stealing an enemy little bird and going 30-1 with it. sigh.
