Still wondering whether this actually makes a difference or if it's just bogus.
Or you could be less of an idiot on following such a stupid video, and use the options menu. Network Smoothing Factor down to 0%. It tries to predict where your enemies goes. Set it to 0%, it shows you exactly where the enemy is. [editline]6th November 2013[/editline] It's stupid because the video immediately claims it's some super secret that he found, when it's really simple to just TURN NETWORK SMOOTHING OFF DAMMIT.
40 is the max if you have premium.
I just bought premium and still have 20.. EDIT: Signing in and out of Battlelog fixed this, nevermind.
Stealth jet shouldnt be in game (i dont see any reasons, why they should be in this game, attack jets can deal with everything), they are so underpowered, i played 800 tickets on Goldmund, all i had is 2 kills and some vehicle hits, ~1500 points, didnt even unlock anything.
did they ever make a point as to what the stealth should be dealing with? Like, is it considered the little bird of planes?
It's supposed to be the anti-fighter fighter in the same way the fighters were in BF3. The fighters in BF3 were okay at killing ground targets (arguably too good when it comes to armor), but they were more maneuverable and faster than the attack jets. The dynamic in BF3 didn't matter as much though, because it was extremely rare for attack jets and fighters to be in the same map. The problem is right now is that the attack jets do the anti-fighter job better than the stealth jets by virtue of their gun being so much better. The stealth jets just need a gun buff and they'll be fine. Make them just like the Littlebird miniguns which tear up soft targets like no tomorrow but don't damage armor. I also honestly think the attack jet's gun could stand to be nerfed. Not a big one, but just a minor 10-15% decrease in damage would be fine. I feel like it's a little too easy.

Time travel still happens regardless (even with both sides having <50 ping). I'm not asking how credible you think that vid is based on the introduction. I've seen it mentioned multiples times on the BF4 official forums and it has a high like to dislike ratio, so I'm asking for someone who knows their shit to explain whether or not following that vid would actually have a positive influence on BF4.
Does everyone have this shitlong loading times? Two different PCs, on both of them I have to wait up to a few minutes for a single map to load.
Does everyone have this shitlong loading times? Two different PCs, on both of them I have to wait up to a few minutes for a single map to load.
Now watch the DLC maps loads in 2-3sec as it was in BF3.
So if you buy premium in like a month, do you get all the benefits from the premium calender? [editline]yolosweg[/editline] The ones that have already happened I mean.
Does everyone have this shitlong loading times? It improves loading times significantly (they're still shit though).

It's a really long wait and several times the match is over before I even get to start. After the first load though, all maps are finished loading in like 15-30 seconds.
Does everyone have this shitlong loading times? Two different PCs, on both of them I have to wait up to a few minutes for a single map to load.
Yeah, it takes me about a minute to load on my laptop, and about 30 seconds on my desktop, which are unacceptably long considering that you'll end up missing the most important part of the game (on rush, especially, anyway)
Commander feels kind of bland in my opinion, would be nice if you had more toys at your disposal.
Commander feels kind of bland in my opinion, would be nice if you had more toys at your disposal.
Game of Drones.
Saw people talking about a patch last night that fixed crashing, join a match and crash within 2 minutes. lmao what a fucking waste
If you have an Nvidia gpu and haven't already, enable threaded optimization for BF4 in the control panel. It improves loading times significantly (they're still shit though).
I did this and the game just black screens on launch.
Well I avoided this game for 2 days in a hopes for fixes. Tried to play a round today, got about a good 20 minutes played before crash...fack it
lmao what a fucking waste
stop shitposting you knob, every one of your posts you call the game a piece of shit, and looking back you're 90% of all the tantrum throwing in here. We all get it, your game is eating ass on your computer like a lot of other people are experiencing. Sit down and wait for a fix
Sooo, is it worth it over BF3?
Sooo, is it worth it over BF3?
Aside from a couple outstanding balance issues, the game is really fun when it's working and to me feels like an improvement over 3 in every way. I love the game and am having a blast. The only problem is the "when it's working" part. Some people have less problems than others, but it's really unreliable and buggy. You might want to wait until the stability problems get solved if you're not in a hurry for a new Battlefield.
Just bought it and played it for a while, still playing actually. I'm quite bad but it's still fun and I haven't had any issues yet except sometimes it takes long to load in and when you play rush it screws you over.
Sooo, is it worth it over BF3?
If you loved BC2 maps and thought BF3 was okay then you should enjoy BF4.
Well fuck. The shittiest "fan site" got hold of that piece of info I posted on previous page. And look at that title.
EA pushed Battlefield 4 through quality control to beat Call of Duty
And subtitle:
According to a BF4 QA tester, EA pushed the game through quality control in order to be Call of Duty to the market.
Remember what I said about being unable to twist that piece of text and push out sensationalist shit? Yeah scratch that, no one's going to read the text itself. Poor QA tester is screwed. For that reason, I'm removing the sources from my previous posts in order not to screw over the community where original leak happened.

Unfortunately any strike to PR will probably cause some idiot way higher up to just decide to can the dude without reading it himself, and the vicious cycle continues

He honestly tried to clear some shitstorm surrounding the QA team, and in order to do so exposed WHY stuff like this happens: EA and their bullshit deadlines. Who's going to like to know that your employee shits on you? By the way, higherups and so on reading the content of exchange are irrelevant, because no one else will: PR damage is done regardless.
Every time the tower in shangai starts to fall, "BF4 has stopped working". The patches are fixing some issues for me but creating others, as shangai never had this problem before. How are others finding it?
Not mine Really surprised at how bad the netcode is in this compared to BF3. Getting shot through walls every time I play all of the sudden.
I don't see anything wrong in this gif This happens in every lag compensated game ever, and the other guy could've landed that shot with low latency too
