One really annoying bug ive had lately is that sometimes you won't be able to heal yourself if you're over 100 hp. It's been happening a lot with my support and I think other people can't see that you're missing any health either.

Does the medic shotgun get count as a shotgun to supports? It'd be more useful than my hunting + HM101 secondaries for Hans.

Visual cue IMO is useless considering in solo (or if you're last man standing) you're constantly running from him, and most of the time surroundings are relatively dark and cluttered to see, not to mention backup zeds in latter phase(s?)

It'd be more useful than my hunting + HM101 secondaries for Hans.[/QUOTE] for xp, no, unless they changed it from beta, and it specifically says 'support weapons', not shotguns. the perk bonuses say shotguns though, so maybe those do, but i doubt that because the medic shotgun is really strong apparently due to the fact that the medic doesn't get damage from leveling.

Not much you can do about it though. (except turn them off, but then the environments don't look as good because there are no sampled cubemaps)

Hans just feels like a cheat - "oh, sure, he spammed tight corridor with OP nades and I died because he charged at me right after"[/QUOTE] the trick to hans is to spam the fuck outta him and dont let him grab you (or anyone) if everyone successfully avoids being grabbed, he can't regen, and by that round everyone should have aa12's, so he's fucking dead in the water. killed him twice today, first on medium then on hard being commando is super helpful because i can see when he's low health. so every time he tries to grab people, he's nearly dead. avoid it and fuck him up and hes a goner within 10 seconds [editline]24th April 2015[/editline] also enclosing him in a medium sized space with everyone standing separately worked a treat. there was always a few people not in his grenade range while he just sorta circled the room
I have came up with best plan, everyone goes medic and throws medic nades and scapel Hans, what could go wrong then the nades heal 24/7.
The diagram of the patriarch on the screens in the bio-lab makes him look at least twice as scary as hans.

Really love all the trader musics back in KF1, it all sounded so eerie. Like it sets the mood and you take in everything around you, Hospital Horrors imo was great, as you were running to the trader going past all these rooms with carnage and horrors, you just like 'damn gotta hurry and prepare for the next wave'.

Has Tripwire posted any sort of roadmap? It'd be nice to know when they hope to put more weapons and stuff in.

Just because it's fun to you BECAUSE you cheat, doesn't mean it's fun for everyone around you.

If you know how to aim (actually scratch that) nobody will match your final score. While a maxed perk gives you some clear advantages, it doesn't transform you into an unstoppable machine of death. Especially in higher difficulties. Of course, you can't have such an opinion if you only play on normal. But keep in mind that mode needs to be heavily tweaked, as in the current state it's not "normal" but flat out "easy". I don't cheat though, i could and anyone could since it's so damn fucking easy, but doing so would totally suck the interest ouf of KF2. We don't have many perks, maps, or weapons to begin with, killing the progression would kill the only incentive i have to play KF2 right now. Plus, it's a COOP game. You don't compete against people. You try to be as efficient as possible to survive 7 or 10 waves and kill the final boss, that's it. If you're one of these people playing medic, constantly running around trying to get the biggest amount of kills without healing that dude getting obliterated by a fleshpound in a corner, you're a bigger problem than some random kid lvl 25 thanks to cheat engine. edit : All these fucking tears.
