Feels good to play and know my progress will at least last longer than 4-5 days. :v: Does it feel worth the wait, to those of you just starting to play now?

So, how long will it be in Early access for? I hope it doesn't turn into one of those games where it's forever early access.
They were aiming ( or rather hoping to) close everything in six months.
The difficulty gap from normal to hard is just insane, there needs to be a difficulty between normal and hard.
Normal is piss easy, and hardmode 1 skrake can literally fuck an entire team. Even if you make it past the first skrake waves, the game will throw like 3 fucking skrakes and one FP and everyone dies literally every time I get to that point.
Maybe im just being paired with bad players, but I seriously don't get how you are supposed to beat hardmode. Do you just need to be level 15+?

no you just suck
no you just suck
I try as hard as I can but when shit gets real I never have a team that can pull their weight with healing and headshots I guess?
It's just so frustrating. I don't even remember KF1 hardmode being this hard. I guess it fits the name now.

I think we're just back to where we were a couple days into the stress test. Everyone's still figuring everything out so it feels harder than it actually is. Give it a week and most teams of randoms will probably be beating up to Hard at least no problem.

I am putting my money that once the sharpshooter and demo come in it's going to be way easier.
Crossbow bing bang boom dead
32 Player server reminded me: Did anyone figure out how to make mutators yet? That player spoofer thing would be pretty great

i can already tell that the magnum's default reloading will be loading in the bullets one by one, and the tac reload will be the speedloader
Is there no tactical reload for the AA12? It isn't any faster for me.
it's just a sped up animation for the aa12
I mean it's not faster at all. I recorded them both and compared them to make sure. The pump shotty and double barrel are definitely faster but the AA12 isn't. I think it's just another support bug I've had.
I wish the regular reloads had you pull the magazine out of the gun and then bring a new one in, instead of bringing the new one out first.

its to emphasize the fact that they arent throwing away remaining ammo
Played a normal game and it almost felt more like we were competing for kills than trying to survive the waves. :v: Feels like once you've got a few levels under your belt you can move up to Hard without much trouble.
Normal is pretty easy but Hard may be a bit too much of a jump

Does anyone know what the "Killing Floor Accessed Content" DLC for KF1 is? It appeared in my DLC list after purchasing KF2.
Saw a level 25 support who bought an AA12 after the first wave on normal difficulty and never had to reload or ran out of ammo last night, completely filling rooms with buckshot, 100% legit.

Potato Sack ARG stuff, I said it yesterday (20+ pages ago I think)

Honestly the big fuss about it, is that scrakes now are way more hard than Fleshpounds and since you get more scrakes than fleshpounds in the waves and people obviously don't realize to not anger them and let them rampage, you get fucked.
I find that Scrakes go down easier if you get headshots and focus fire however the big pitfall of Fleshpounds which make them less deadly is that they calm down after a hit or two.
You wanna be a buckshot bruiser?
You wanna be that one badass that sends the boss flying on his last bit of health?
Well trust me, because I'm totally certified!
Ultimate Support Loadout For End Game:
AA12 (for that massive funnel of damage on boss and scrake/fp)
Double Barrel (for that burst damage when you run out of AA12)
Medic Pistol (Because healing players is always nice)
Pistol (Can't sell it anyway p much useless)
Knife (Can't sell it anyway, definitely useless unless you're running)

Honestly the big difference is that once scrakes go into their frenzy state they can outrun you easy and fuck you up, while Fleshpounds can't outrun you and you can kite them until they die.

You can get a similar loadout on medic and it is somewhat effective, not to an AA12 level but you can deal some hurt, medic shotgun stronk.
Goddamn, the alt-fire DB in mid air is the new meta for me when fighting wounded FPs/Scrakes as the blast has enough force to send me flying far enough to dodge their attacks.
Hell, it even helped me kill Hans with low HP a few times.

Impossible, you can't escape Herman's farts.

I've been wondering, does the medic weapon get more heal darts the more tiers you reach? I haven't touched medic yet, but I like being a team player and helping out, and medic pistol's two dart limit is unbearable at times.

assault rifle has 3 charges you can use because they only take up 30 each.

Yes it does, it also gets more recharge rate. If you get the assault rifle you can shoot three real fast and shoot the fourth in no time. Honestly if you want to go full medic support get the assault rifle, shotgun and pistol. If you switch between them you can get eight darts fast, and by the time you have done that most of the guns have recharged.
