Just played a few matches where everyone was support and Hans was a pushover on hard. I feel like the other classes are very underpowered for Hans.

Medics are good for keeping everyone alive and negating fartclouds. Commandos are good for uh.. ? ? ? (no idea :v:)

imo zerker definitely required for beating harder difficulties atm. one zerker and the rest medics or supports.

(no idea :v:)[/QUOTE] commandos are for taking out trash mobs. heavy hitters - support, sharpshooter, demolition trash mob - commandos, firebug broken - berzerker, medic was the "role" list for kf1.

Commandos being able to share the ability to see Stalkers while not all that useful could potentially save your group from taking extra damage and losing armor when the FPs and Scrakes start appearing.
Well as a support I'm doing a much better job at taking out trash and being a heavy hitter than commandos. All that piercing damage destroys mobs.

I was playing on one of those 100 man servers in KF2 and when we got to the final boss, someone said "THROW MONEY AT HIM" and we made it RAIN on Hans :v:

Hopefully someone can replace the medic guns models/sounds. The future stuff is kind of cool, but they look, feel, and sound dinky compared to the other guns.

support are good for anti trash but also have more limited ammo. commando has never really been a great class in killing floor though. Its a bit of a generalist which makes it worse than the more specialized classes at roles. not sure how they'd fix that
Is it me or is parrying really really inconsistent? 1 round I can parry literally every Skrake and Fleshpound attack, then the next I am timing it perfectly but it doesn't work. It must be bugged in some way.

Managed to solo Hans as a level 2 Medic. It seems that his fart attack can also be ranged now? We were in the Hotel Lobby in Paris, he'd just drained somebody and I ran over to heal, he plays the fart animation and suddenly four people across the room died? No Grenade lines or anything.

[QUOTE=Araknid;47596309]the boss is ridiculously strong compared to the patriarch[/QUOTE] I pretty much compared Patty with Volter in that thread i made about volter being too strong Altough when i was playing with 3 players total (Me as Commando, one Medic and one Support) we actually managed to beat Volter, even the round after when it was just me and the support left The key seems to be to approach Volter from different angles, as that way he can't just bunch up all his gas grenades, also to not use high power weaponry until he's healed 2-3 times
40 minutes of kiting solo, emimo killed hans in the 100 man server fucking incredible
