Does anyone know the actual song name for Hans Volter's theme?
Die Volter
I melee'd an ATM on Paris and money came out. 10/10 would dosh again. A proper burial.
Speaking of dark souls, give me a fucking satisfying parry sound tripwire.
Yeah, I want a metallic resonating noise when you parry, so you feel cool and other people know you've stumbled something they should shoot at.
Had a pretty fun game on biotics lab. Ended up running around the big grinder room for about 5 minutes kiting hans as a zerk while a medic was shooting him from upstairs and healing me. Didn't manage to land a single melee hit on him but kept him occupied enough for the medic to run around the map and find ammo to come back and finish him. Killed him on hard with 2 people left pretty much.
does anyone know the SAM.picker stats value for setting levels to 25 or anything? I already figured out the values for level 0:
X_1:93105077 X_10:93105077 X_20:93105077 X_40:93105077 1_1:6553600 1_10:6553600 1_20:6553600 1_40:6553600
[editline]28th April 2015[/editline] Or any working stat values for that matter, I'm trying to figure out how it works.
um just letting you know someone apparently used SAM to level everything up on reddit when the game was in closed beta and the game detected it and make it so you gained no progress through games until reset yourself to level 0
Speaking of dark souls, give me a fucking satisfying parry sound tripwire.
Honestly most of the sounds in the game aren't very satisfying, they're all pretty quiet and such.
um just letting you know someone apparently used SAM to level everything up on reddit when the game was in closed beta and the game detected it and make it so you gained no progress through games until reset yourself to level 0
Link?
Link?
It was on the kf2 reddit around the first couple of days of the closed beta. trying to find it now
Appreciate the search. Is there really no fast way to try out the max perk stuff without cheat engine?
Could use that testing map.
Appreciate the search. Cant find it with a quick search. Was something along the lines of he set it up and it detected his fast leveling so it reset his perks after each game until he did a complete wipe of his stuff. Top comment was asking what S.A.M was so im sure it was it. edit: oh there we go. ^^^
Could use that testing map.
I did say fast.
Used test map for 24-25 levels because the grind is real. Played Outpost on Hard. Everything goes fine right till some silly lvl2 support joins on wave 6. He bought himself a katana, ran away from the team and somehow managed to enrage 2 scrakes at once. gg
Is there a special way to quickly do the levels with test map?
Can you reset perks while in game? Would explain the reset voice lines. (They also congratulate you on your promotion on occasion)
I'd play legit but fuck that noise if there's wipes on the horizon
I did say fast.
Well in the time that it takes you to beat a long game on normal mode, is the time it can take me to get a lvl 0 Medic to 20 on the Testingmap. That's pretty friggin fast if you asked me.
Cant find it with a quick search. Top comment was asking what S.A.M was so im sure it was it.
It wasn't a detection, it was simply that SAM doesn't properly allow you to level up (like it did in KF1?) And any attempt to do so just resets your stats. Two seconds in CE can accomplish the same thing and even push your level past 25. :v: The safest thing to use right now is just the Test Map, as it's not violating the EULA as far as I know, nor is it a memory modification or anything even remotely malicious. I'm actually gonna use it if they wipe during EA (but not retail.)
Yeah, I want a metallic resonating noise when you parry, so you feel cool and other people know you've stumbled something they should shoot at.
I just want any sound so I can mod the DS2 one in.
I just want any sound so I can mod the DS2 one in.
As Marphy Black already mentioned, non-music sound modding prospects are looking pretty grim. Even if you imitate the soundback's structure, the game refuses to accept it. Music is in loose .wem files which makes it much easier.
Man teleporting enemies on HoE really cranks it up to eleven. I don't really mind it since it makes it a helluva lot more challenging, but it is hilarious when you run around a corner from a husk, de-weld a door and open it, and on the other side is that exact same husk charging up a flame attack.

Like I was kiting a fleshpound around the map on Paris while I cleared out the trash, only to walk through a doorway and have it jump around the corner, enraged, and beat me bloody. And this was only on Suicidal, mind you.
It's a muzzle brake. I think it looks kinda neat.
Oh. Looks ridiculously large for being a muzzle brake, normally I see them/compensators as a fairly tiny thing on the tip of the gun, not a big clonky ass tube. The animations are top notch and I like how artsy(?) everything is with all the spins and shit. Feels like I'm playing as a circus clown.
Is there a special way to quickly do the levels with test map?
Beside the trader pod there's a tiny bloat model that spawns a bunch of bloats that have 1hp and are worth full xp
Beside the trader pod there's a tiny bloat model that spawns a bunch of bloats that have 1hp and are worth full xp
I accidentaly pressed at that model (i use a xbox controller so i tend to accidentaly press R3) and i thought i left some bloat and decided to play around them. It wasn't pleasant.
Man teleporting enemies on HoE really cranks it up to eleven.
The worst/most frequent ones I see are sirens. I swear I've had them teleport mid-screech before. Like the instant I take my eyes off them, they will be behind the next door I open.
Beside the trader pod there's a tiny bloat model that spawns a bunch of bloats that have 1hp and are worth full xp
Now if only that was Hans instead... Is this faster than grenading the clots?
