Of course, at least for me, because I considered KF as a "mod" game, those simple games not really pretty but fun to play, and a bit obscure (when I started felt like so). This one feels... more hyped, more like the bunch of new gen FPS games, more... modern. I know they have kept almost everything, just improving many things, but it's just the feeling I get.
Gonna get it though.

The PS4 version will be released when they fully polish the PC version and port it. The way they're handling Early Access is different from other ones because they're trying to polish it up as much as they can before putting it out instead of releasing a completely broken pre-alpha. After RO2's launch, I'd say it's a good idea for them
I really hope KF2 has a KF1 voice option.
It just won't be quite the same without the ridiculous accent.

Nice that they've got several voices now rather than the british one. But seriously though, the british accent better return, I love the voice of DOSH.
I not a fan of the music (I always mute it in the 1) and the game loos way to clean and devoid of the silly charm.
My bet is everything looks clean to make the blood stand out more, but I guess over the years I got used to the grim muddy textures of unreal 2

Is kinda personal but I dont like red in HUD elements.
Health points should be over the armor points, and the info in the left at the top of the screen should be on the right, same with voice chat popouts.
Just some minor stuff, nothing too serious
I hope that sprint, in the final game, speed is dependent on oh how much weight you're carrying.

Bothers me when they make the first person sprint animation wild flaily arms but you barely move faster at all.
the ui just looks wrong. kf is a dirty game, everything should reflect that. kf1's ui has that kind of gritty steel box look which immerses me more in the game, it makes me feel uneasy. it's like if stalker's ui had lots of really saturated colors with flat elements, it would seriously take you out of the game every time you look at it. i dunno...

I'm pretty sure Alan Wilson is returning as at least one of the voices. He is the Vice President of Tripwire after all

He specifically said he didn't have much interest in voiceacting again for the sequel but he also said "you never know, we'll see"

The KF1 hud is nothing but red squares. There is a lot of room for improvement.

i didn't say hud specifically, i said ui. it's too clean and doesn't fit the theme of the game. it looks like ios.

you're carrying a ton of magazines, 2 bulky tools, and however many weapons.
also it seems they're playing at ~60 fov in the video so naturally it would seem slower.

The Hud itself could be half the size it is, and the armor and health bars above players could be half the length it is. Other than that I like it.

Mag check when your magazine is full or when there's no reserve ammo left.
I like what i see, however certain weapons lacked the visible and audible 'Power' factor. I'm hoping it's because they were low perked and on a low difficulty because right now the 9mm, AK and Scar just don't do much for me. Not like they do now.
But that shotgun sounded spot on, 3rd person especially.
Also, while i haven't got an issue with the movement speed itself, the exaggerated animation ripped from RO2 made it look like the person was running in custard.
Lastly Crawlers making that insect clicking sound when the move was uncomfortable as fuck. Can't wait to kill them by the thousands.

They had max perks in the 30 minute video. To me it seems like headshots aren't as damaging anymore, but body shots do a lot more damage than KF1.
I just can't put my finger on it, i was seeing the heads pop after 2 pistol shots off perk which is what they are like now, but i just wasn't feeling it at all.
they where max perks in normal, I think.

they were hardly going for headshots to begin with and nobody is playing sharpshooter.
Teammate healthbars are wayyyyy too big.
We did fine in KF with healthbars 25% as wide
did anyone else get dizzy watching the video? i also get it playing RO2, im also kinda disappointed at the gore i half expected you're able to pop an arm off a zed and still have them coming at you
