Killing Floor, oddly enough, is a Christmas game for me, I always play the game way more during the Christmas event.

It's lifetime will live on for either as long as you have a friend who also plays killing floor, or as long as you look for servers to play on. I really only play on modded servers anymore but I get the feeling i'll still play on those servers even after KF2 comes out.

Well I think he's fairly active on the tripwire forums and has been a KF player since the mod was first released. He has done testing for Red Orchestra in the past too, so that's probably why.

Mmm, a bunch of devs are flying out to San Fran today. More press, a brief initial pre-early access beta invite, and testing server capacity.

Mid April at earliest, First Week of May at latest, if they don't encounter anything wrong server side imo.

They are doing beta-testing soon (now?) to ensure that the early access release won't be screwed up the first week with just server maintenance shit/connection problems so that they can actually balance things like they want to do with the early access.
