I love Killing Floor 1, and co-op games in general. But the most I'd spend on 2 is $40 and that's pushing it. I've gotten almost 1000 hours out of Payday 2 and that was $30.
I'm going to buy it day one because I don't have anything else to play.

30$ would be amazing for me (it's all the money I have in my steam wallet and I'm too lazy to add more) but I'm perfectly fine spending 45, even 50$ on it.

This may be the oldest complaint on the block, but I really hope Patty's instakill radial attack doesn't make a comeback in KF2 . . . nothing like watching him decloak in the middle of the team & kill literally everyone in one strike.

I've found that the timing for that attack is bad enough that it's often just free time to attack him without him retaliating.
If you have a claymore and medic or zerk speed you can literally peepee him to death by making him spam it over and over while you hit him just out of range.
I finished my first long game on hard mode today. That was intense!

I've reinstalled multiple times, validated the game files, still nothing. It never did this even after I fixed my drivers, not sure whats making it do this now. I haven't tampered with the game files at all

Patriarch.
Medic is tanking the patties hits while I'm off to the side slamming him down in the head with AMR rounds. I land like 7 or 8 consecutive headshots and the patriarch gets sad and goes for a run.
Pull out my 9mm to kill some trash while we wait for the patties return, I aim down a doorway and start plinking at the clots pouring through.
One plink later, suddenly slowmo.
The kills addon pops up in the top left.

Go to your KF folder and delete KillingFloor.ini and User.ini

the patriarch isn't the boss any more, unless it's been proven that there's more than one boss that the game picks from for you to fight. they haven't unveiled who the boss creatures are but in a few gameplay videos they fight unseen bosses and the videos say that they aren't fighting gold old saint pat

They said there's multiple bosses now and I think they're random at the end of the map.
How are people playing this early, are they private beta testers or is there a key or something

Famous people.
They did all game testing in-house and friends/family invite, I tried to get in to alpha as I did with a couple other Tripwire games, no luck :downs:
