First time I saw him on Normal, after taking a break on Hard losses, my team bowled right through him.
Two guys were using voice communication so we all picked up a singular healing weapon and were keeping each other alive. I think only one guy died after Hans went ballistic on him in the last phase.
Being in an outside area on Paris helped, though.
Hans is a little obnoxious because unlike the Patriarch, you don't really feel at fault for taking damage. He just kinda spams weak AoE (Nerve Gas) or fuck-you AoE (explosives) and it's hard to tell when it's incoming over all the music, guns, voice, gore, etc. Patriarch telegraphed his rocket attack so hard that it was practically morse code.

just played a few rounds of KF2: this game is fucking amazing
my only complaint is that the katana is seemingly no longer a berserker weapon; it's in the game, but grants berserkers no benefits. i'm not sure if this is a bug or if it's intended for a new class

As the time passes I can't help but being a bit furious. This is the only beta stuff I always wanted to get besides Dota 2, and I'm angry at the fact they couldn't include 32-bit files in case some peasants like me have an inferior system.
I know this is not ok, but I was so happy. Instead of hoping getting a key now it is the hope of them updating somehow the beta... wich probably won't happen. Just a bit mad, tried not being so bothered.

The closed beta is to stress test the servers, the limited keys being passed out is being done for a reason.
If you want to pay to access the game so badly, then wait until the 21st.

Man, that lighting. Super excited to play this, I can tell it's going to turn into my go-to game for massive time wasting.
I'm really enjoying Killing Floor 2, don't get me wrong, but the maps don't have the same... charm? That the first game did. I don't know what it is, but it's harder to enjoy KF2 solo than it is 1.

kf2 is a lot more claustrophobic. there are also a fuckton more chokepoints and corners that you can get stuck on, there's no real branching paths you can take to quickly escape zeds and lose them in the terrain
