Also more than the animation really I give kudos to the sound team. The game is a lot more frightening with the new effects.
I got a bit dizzy (Have a history with motion sickness with certain games) from all the weapon sway though, unsure if it's because of how low my fps was, hopefully it is otherwise I won't be able to play the game for long sessions.

Can I be 100% honest? I'm really getting frustrated with 5 of our 6 man crew dying, because 3 people went berserker for Hans. Watching someone run around with a hammer doing nothing for 10 minutes and then dying is just... not fun?

Tripwire's always had a great sound team though. Go extract some environments from Killing Floor (Retail) and you'll be bam-fucking-boozled by the amount of ambiance and background noise that goes into them. Foundry's blew me away. Half of the shit you can't even hear in-game or is so faint it's practically not there, but boy does it add to it.
However, the animation this time around (barring obvious jumping rails because UT engine, doin' it since KF Mod 1.0; and some Benny Hills deaths) is [URL="http://facepunch.com"]fucking incredible[/URL]. I don't know if it's blending animations or what, but Zeds look extremely fluid and immensely non-repetitive when under fire. Haven't been as blown away since Rage's smooth-moving ghouls acted believable and not mechanical.
I mean shit, we all unloaded into the fatlumps of a Bloat once and I swear it looked like the collective force slowly tipped him over until he died.
The only thing that draws me out of it, really, is the animation they play popping up out of sewers. It's just too hilarious in contrast to the game.

The people who were just clones for different equipment (gasmasks v helmets v just a face, etc) are combined into Masterson/Briar because of the customization options.

If they were any good at Berserker they'd just circlestafe the shit out of him mashing M1 while he slowly and sadly spins in circles trying to keep up. (And then die when he pulls out his machine guns. :v:)
I watched a bloat on suicidal difficulty get an FP on wave 7 stuck in a corner and proceed to chop the shit out of him. He ended up killing it for us and helped us beat the wave :v:
Holy damn, I managed to kill Hans after my 9th attempt. It was just me and someone else who survived too.

You can tweak it by going to the KFGame.ini in My Games/KillingFloor2/KFGame, there are a ton of settings to do with gore.
Tweak at your own risk, i set the corpse count to 300 and crashed my game twice doing so.
Definitely worth doing because the game sets it so low by default, like 15 corpses. 100-125 is about the most i can do without getting issues.
I think it also has other things like the amount of gibs on the map.

There is pretty major hope for music replacement, actually, since the music files are loose. They're just in this fucked .wem format right now that destroyed tagging information on conversion and no one's converted-back-to yet.
