If you ain't up for that, the archdrakes and their sorceress buttbuddies in the Shrine of Amana drop twinkling titanite. Also, the item you're thinking of is a ring. You can find it in the Iron King DLC area.

i just had a terrifying idea, imagine being able to invade as a "wraith" which will basically be the sort of images you see of people from bloodstains or near bonfires etc, without the world master being notified of it :tinfoil:

past the second big dude theres atleast 3 dragon guys someone with a great bow and i think a mage, i might just need to upgrade a weapon other than the zweihander to +10 though so i can fight in confined spaces

You don't have to fight the dragon dudes. This is SotFS, right?

you only have to fight one at the stairs that lead to the ancient dragon and another one that invdes you when enter that place to take that egg thing

Maldron needs a fucking nerf. Especially now that he shows up in Drangleic Castle. Infinite stamina, that damn tracking lance, and now he runs behind the poison mask room and locks the door, placing Lingering Flame for offense and now he has Faith magic for healing and Wrath of the Gods.

When did he start appearing in Drang Castle? NG+?

Nah, I had him invade as "Maldron the Executioner" at the King's Gate bonfire in NG.

Been through Drangleic more than once on SotFS, and I've never seen 'im. Are you sure that you weren't fighting a human?

It seems that it really was just another player and I had the misfortune of meeting him. Guy was tanking it hard too. Must have had an insane amount of vitality and endurance, plus the rings to help.
